On Wednesday, March 12th the Partnership for Florida held itsannual "Florida Tourism Day" in Tallahassee.

CFHLA Representatives were in attendance to support thisactivity, which featured a group of noted elected officials,including keynote speaker Governor Rick Scott.

Over 30 CFHLA members traveled to Tallahassee, making it thelargest delegation to date.

On Wednesday, March 5, the CFHLA Governmental AffairsCommittee met with city of Orlando Mayor, Buddy Dyer.

During this meeting, the committee discussed downtown venues,Sunrail, and the Tourist Development Tax (TDT).
