Before the big day, the process begins with an in depth exploration of where your business is at right now. To gain this valuable information, this is what will happen:

• You (and any other key decision makers in your business) will independently complete a questionnaire which has a two fold purpose. The first is to challenge your current way of thinking and the second is to enable us insight into your perception of the business. It will help us discover if it is (or isn’t) meeting your needs and expectations.

• Our team of savvy accountants and IT professionals will perform a review of your historic financial statements and current business management systems.

• Your team will independently and confidentially complete a questionnaire. After all, their perception is their reality which ripples out through your culture to your customers.

After your Planning Day, you will not leave with a huge report no more useful than a paperweight on a windless day.

You will receive an easy to read report containing a Now, Where, How analysis ofyour business along with an Action Plan. We put the right things in the right order with the right people to make them happen.

But we don’t love you then leave you.

Along with the report, you will receive 3 options on moving forward with us in a Business Development Program. Option 1 is a lower investment with less input from us, with option 3 being a greater investment, but extremely valuable as we get our hands dirty with you to make sure you achieve all your goals faster!
