Promoest is focused on providing services of
communication and internationalization. After the
experience of EXPO 2015, in addition to the two
existing divisions (the Events & Congresses one and the
Translation & Interpreters one), we added the new
International Consulting Promoest Division (ICPD) to support all our clients in the process of
internationalization:
- Promoting their products & services directly in the
new foreign markets with specialists of the products and of the country ;
- Using properly the financial tools (free funds or low
interest funds) at national and European level;
- Offering proper risk coverage over credit in not consolidated foreign countries
We have been working for 25 years in our offices in
Milan, Genoa and Shanghai.
WHAT WE DO ICPD has a team of Italian and foreign people with
experienced in the process of internationalization of the
companies.
ICPD, thanks to these skills, aims to plan and manage
these internationalization projects with a clear target to
optimize the sales and the return of investment.
GIORGIO EMMA He has been supporting enterprises for 10 years,
making external and internal audits aimed at
identifying possible countries where to operate and
the respective approach to the market.
Moreover, he deals with the research and the
evalutation of financial opportunities linked to a
given project.

We deal with commercial inclusion, enterprise development, commercial actions and

THE INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
In the countries, in which ICPD operates, it deals with enterprises and local
professionals, who allow ICPD to manage and support the international
development aims directly in the interested country.
Thank to its own network, ICPD offers the planning and the managing of the foreign
offices for companies, which required to obtain licences or permits and the research
and selection of foreign companies to be acquired (M&A).

ICPD can schedule and manage a 360° internationalization process ensuring also the discussion
of the legal and fiscal aspects and the reliability control that impact the project itself, as
well as the training of the staff to be involved in the project
POSSIBILITY TO GET FUNDS FOR THE INTERNATIONALIZATION PROJECT
ICPD checks and manages all the financial instruments available such as non-repayable
grants and soft loans at different institutional levels (EU, Ministry of Productive Activities,
Regional, etc ...) to reduce the costs of internationalization
RISK INSURANCE COVERAGE OF THE INTERNATIONALIZATION PROJECT
ICPD offers a range of insurance covers for the export risk by covering all the export sales activities from the risk of customer insolvency to country risk
WORKING METHODOLOGY ICPD accompanies the company throughout the path of
internationalization: from the selection of the foreign market of
reference, including the definition of the most appropriate
strategy, in the research of foreign partners and in the phase of
maintenance of the developed relationships.
Services that ICPD is able to offer are: first orientation on foreign
markets, market and sector research, market tests carried out
directly in the country of interest, research of clients / partners,
construction of on-site meetings, definition of the strategic and
operating program and of the insurance coverage plan.

2. SUPPORT IN THE SELECTION OF THE PRIORITY MARKETS and of the foreign developing country in terms of a mixture of objective elements (sector and macroeconomic data, trade journals,
etc.) and observation of SIGNIFICANT FACTS (such as the existence of previous contacts or the
presence of competitors similar in characteristics), analysis of possible barriers at the entry of
the markets of INTEREST, such as competitive barriers (suppliers, customers and competitors),
tariff , customs and legislative barriers.
3. INTERNAL AUDIT and support in monitoring the internal resources necessary for the project. These resources are mainly: human, financial and productive / technical.
4. Definition of a SOLUTION PRODUCT SERVICE in line with the market and then a proper marketing plan to communicate the value of their product service to local market.
5. Selection of the STRATEGIES AND OF THE PROCEDURES OF ENTRY in the market, according to purposes, time, characteristics of the market and investment opportunities.
6. Research and evaluation of the FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITIES, and where useful, of the insurance ones
