The high-temperature vacuum gate E|GATE is anexample of such a new challenge.

Designed as a double door, E|GATE is used in roller-type kilns from EISENMANN. For the first time inhigh-temperature processes, it permits continuousoperation with separation of pressures and atmo-spheres in the high-temperature area.

Heating systemsDepending on requirements, heating is supplieddirectly or indirectly using gas or electricity.

High-speed burners from EISENMANN or multi-zoneelectric heating elements are used to optimize theheating power and temperature distribution.

Control systemsReproducible conditions are essential in order tomanufacture sophisticated products of constant quality.

In addition to the heating system the control systemis crucial to be able to handle this challenge. Fromour large range of possible solutions, we select theoptimum control and measurement concept for yourprocess.

Sintering, binder burnout, pyrolysisand calcination

Precise compliance with the process parameters is ofparamount importance for obtaining a perfect pro-duct in such processes as sintering, binder burnout,pyrolysis and calcination. To this end, we meet thehighest standards in respect of temperature accuracyand temperature distribution as well as heating andcooling gradients.
