InDuStrIaL preSSure VeSSeLS Our range of industrial pressure vessels is manufactured through continuous bobbin winding technology providing high reliability and great resistance. Besides, the glass fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) offers numerous advanta-ges in regards to other materials:
• Corrosionresistance
• Highresistancetowatertreatmentchemicals
• Lowthermalconductivity
• Lowoperatingandmaintenancecosts
• Noneedforliningorcoating
• Longservicelife
Our products are suitable for sand filtration, multimedia filtration, ionexchange, activated carbon, biological filtration, denitrification andremineralisation. We customize our vessels to meet specific needs. The connections, working pressure, dimensions, internal and external finishes can be adapted according to each project’s specifications.
All our equipments are designed according to recognized international standards. The calculation method of the vessels, raw material requirements and tests are performed following these standards.
With more than 15 years of experience, FLUIDRA designs and manufactures pressure vessels in fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) for swimming pools, aquariums, water parks, zoos, aquaculture, industry, water treatment, and desalination.

Layer StruCture fILtrer1 Chemical layer. isophtalic gelcoat with neopentylglycol.
Provides high resistance to salt water and sand abrasion.
2 Internal Structural Layer. Woven roving fibers with iso-
phtalic polyester resin. Ensures water tightness and provides
mechanical strength.
3 Reinforcement layer. Woven roving with high content of fi-
berglass. Gives high tensile strength to avoid tearing in those
areas where the stresses are higher.
4 Inner winding layer. 2400 tex continuous fibers in longitu-
dinal and circumferential direction to give the necessary rigi-
dity . opaque layer to avoid penetration of light and reduce
possibility of microbial growth.
