STAFF TO SERVELet us help with your special event! Our professional staff is available to stay & serve for an hourly rate of $16 per person (4 hour minimum). Staff members wear black or white chef coats with black pants.

Ideal HallTST’s Ideal Hall, with surprising interior, has a special appeal & spacious facility. The Hall seats up to 350 people for your event. We offer such amenities as a large dance floor & bar area, stage for entertainment & comfortable booths & table seating.

The hall is beautifully decorated with white twinkle lights surrounding the dance floor & throughout the hall. A beautiful waterfall and grotto can be seen on the links page. Price includes setup & take down of tables, chairs, trash removal & cleanup. Any decor you bring in you are resposible to setup & must be taken with you following the end of the event. The hall does not allow confetti or skittles candy.

Our weekend rental rate is $800.00. You are welcome to use the space for a wedding ceremony for an additional $200. Weekday rates are $85 per hour.

DEPOSIT A deposit of $500 ($400 non-refundable hall rental, $100 refundable damage deposit) is required at the time of booking.

FOOD & BEVERAGECatering is exclusively provided by TST. NO food or beverage of ANY kind will be permitted to be brought into Ideal Hall by any persons, except wedding cakes.

The Scandia CreameryThe Scandia Creamery brings together creative aspects of both classic & contemporary styles to provide an ideal location for any event. It is unique & flexible enough to host intimate & larger events.

Our weekend rental rate is $1100.00. With this you get the space, tables & chairs. The hall is pre-decorated; you are more than welcome to add your own touches & personalize it for your event. Feel freet to contact us for weekday rates or detailed quotes.

The Scandia Creamery bar service is fully licensed & insured. Our bar staff takes care of the drinks, so that you can take care of entertaining the guests. We clean up the mess so you can enjoy the party. We also offer a fine selection of beer, wine & hard liquor providing plenty of choices for each special occasion.

All events are subject to a minimum sales guarantee of $800.00 per bar on weekends. If this minimum is not met, the client will be billed for the difference.

A bartender fee of $16.00 per hour applies to all events (minimum of 4 hour service). Two hours will be added to the serve time for set up & clean up for each bartender. One bartender per 100 guests.

All bar packages are subject to a 12% service charge & 10.125% Minnesota sales tax.

The customer may open the bar for a predetermined amount of time. All drinks during this period will be billed to the customer. After the designated time period the bar will revert to cash bar.

OPTION #4: CHAMPAGNE TOASTThis package includes chilled champagne, plastic fluted glassware & pouring staff. The cost of this package is $2.50 per person.

GUEST COUNTIt is necessary that a confirmed customer count be given to us 10 days prior to the event. The number that is given to us is what we prepare for. All children under 10 can be counted as 2 people for 1 plate.
