Décor Table at Show

Boost your exposure at the show with one of these tables, placed strategically throughout the

exhibit hall for brides to stop at. These tables may be decorated in any fashion you choose. A

display ad may be placed on the table and/or advertising may be left for brides to take.

As each bride enters the exhibit hall, they are given a well-constructed, keepsake fabric tote to

hold vendor information. One side of the bag has info on the Grand Rapids Bridal Show. The

other side is reserved for one sponsor’s info. This bag will be kept long after the show and looked

at often.

A half ad may be shared with the GRBS logo.

REPUTATION. The Annual Grand Rapids Bridal Show has been proudly producing one of the

finest shows in Michigan for almost 50 years, earning our reputation for excellence and integrity.

This is the largest show in Grand Rapids and certainly the longest-running, giving newly engaged

couples an established show that offers a one-stop shopping experience to meet companies they

can utilize before, during and after the wedding!

PRESENTATION. Our success begins with a high-profile and convenient location that is not only

accessible to the brides, but has an expedient move-in for vendors. We then add spectacular

fashion shows, idea galleries and exhibits by award-winning wedding professionals.

POWERFUL ADVERTISING. On average, over 1,000 brides from all over West Michigan come to

the Grand Rapids Bridal Show every year looking for information & services for their upcoming

weddings. Most brides anticipate attending this event, knowing our reputation. Attendance is

further generated with billboards throughout West Michigan, posters in the stores of our

sponsors, Internet search engine & social networking promotions, partnership with Town Square

Media, iHeart Media and Cumulus Media, digital ads in the DeVos Place, advertisements in several

bridal publications and our new GRBridalShow app.

A COST-EFFECTIVE OPPORTUNITY. It would take months to a year to reach the number of

brides that our show brings in one weekend. No other marketing opportunity provides as much

targeted exposure for such a reasonable investment.

YOUR SUCCESS MATTERS TO US. All categories are capped to ensure each vendor’s successful

exposure. An overwhelming majority of our vendors re-sign for next year’s show to secure their

place. We are honored to be a show that has been trusted to bring a prosperous wedding season to

our exhibitors.

Annual Grand Rapids Bridal Show CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHOW DATES AND TIMES:

Friday, January 4, 2019 ◘ Setup starts at 8:00am. All booths must be set up by 3:00pm ◘ Booths must be staffed by 4:30pm ◘ Show Hours: 5:00pm to 9:00pm ◘ The fashion show starts at approximately 7:30pm

Saturday, January 5, 2019 ◘ Booths must be staffed by 10:30am ◘ Show Hours: 11:00am to 5:00pm ◘ Fashion shows will start at approximately 1:00pm and 3:00pm

◘ Teardown will follow closing. Any vendor who tears down with brides still in the exhibit hall will be fined.

WEB LISTING: Included with your booth is a free listing on GRBridalShow.com including your company name & phone number. This highly-visited website is a great bridal resource for couples in West Michigan year-round. Premier listings on the site are available for prices listed on the contract and include a link to your website as well as customization of your listing. Web listings are not activated until fees are paid.

DÉCOR TABLES: An additional option to your booth space is a Décor Table. These will be tables set throughout the exhibit hall for brides to stop at to eat, organize, read or just take a break. These tables can be rented for $50.00 and decorated as you choose. A display ad can be placed on the table or advertising may be left for brides to take. Only a limited number of these tables will be available.

BRIDE LIST: Each sponsor will be supplied with a listing of brides that attended the show as soon as possible after the show. This listing will be emailed in Excel format. List includes wedding date, bride and groom’s names, address, phone number, email address and the services still needed. Other formats available are priced on the contract and include: the complete list printed; mailing labels with wedding date, bride’s name and address; or Excel format burned on CD. The list will not be delivered until all fees for the show are paid for. This list is for the explicit use of businesses with contracts on file for The Grand Rapids Bridal Show. Any businesses that sell or distribute the list will be prosecuted up to $2,000.00 per violation. It is also a violation of the contract to invite registrants on this list to any other bridal event or to send information about a business that does not have a contract on file for the 49

th Annual Grand Rapids Bridal Show.

DOOR PRIZES: Each sponsor is required to have a door prize for each day of the show. Door prizes need not be directly related to your business, but must have a retail value of $25.00 or more and cannot be contingent on a sale. The Grand Rapids Bridal Show will register each bride for door prizes upon registration for the show. The Grand Rapids Bridal Show will draw 2 winners per sponsor and post these names by Monday following the show on the website: www.GRBridalShow.com. You will then be notified of your winners so you can contact them to make arrangements for delivery or pickup of prize. If you give away more than 2 prizes, please let us know so we can draw additional names. The brides will be instructed to go to the website to see if they have won a prize. This gives them another opportunity to go to the website and see your name again.

ADVERTISING: The Grand Rapids Bridal Show creates attendance by using an extensive advertising campaign. This may include but is not limited to OUTFRONT Media billboards, the GR Bridal Show app, advertisements in several bridal publications, social media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, iHeart Media, Cumulus Radio and Townsquare Media.

FASHION SHOWS: Fashion shows are scheduled to begin at 7:30pm Friday and 1:00pm & 3:00pm Saturday. Each fashion show will last approximately one hour.

SETUP AND TEARDOWN: Setup for booths will begin Friday, January 4 at 8:00am; all booths must be completely set up by 3:00pm. Teardown will be Saturday, January 5 after all of our guests leave the exhibit hall. We appreciate your cooperation, as we do not want brides to feel rushed to leave. Any vendor who tears down while brides are still shopping will be fined.

EMPLOYEE BADGES: For identification and re-entry to the show, we require each employee to wear a badge. We recommend using your company badge or making a badge with your company name on it. If this is not an option, we will supply you with generic employee badges for the show.

BOOTH AMENITIES: All booths include an 8-foot covered table, unless otherwise specified. Additional table rentals are available for prices stated on the contract. Electrical, telephone, internet service and other booth amenities are available through DeVos Place. Forms are available at www.devosplace.org. Each sponsor is responsible for securing their own booth amenities.

OUTSIDE ADVERTISING: Because we assemble the finest businesses in the Grand Rapids area, and our sponsors have paid to put on the show, we do not want competitive businesses to be allowed to gain from our combined efforts. Under no circumstances will any outside advertising be allowed in any booth during the show. This would include but is not limited to printed advertisements or representatives from businesses that are not contracted to be present.

CONTRACT & FEES: All sponsors must sign a contract for exhibit space. Booth pricing and options are listed on the contract. To secure your booth space, send in your $200 non-refundable deposit within 15 days of the date of this contract. All booth spaces are sold on a first come-first serve basis. If your booth space is not available you will be notified as soon as possible. All sponsors are required to have all booth fees paid by December 1, 2018. If your balance has not been paid by December 1, 2018, late fees will be applied or we reserve the right to sell the booth to a waiting sponsor and all money paid by you will be forfeited.

I, the representative for the sponsor listed, accept and agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth on both pages of this contract, and set by DeVos Place. I agree that the booth space rented to us for the Annual Grand Rapids Bridal Show will be used for the sole purpose of promoting our business only. We will under no circumstances distribute information by word of mouth or any other form of literature for businesses not contracted to sponsor this year’s show. We understand that all booth spaces will be assigned by the Annual Grand Rapids Bridal Show.

I understand that this contract is non-cancelable and that all money paid to Bunny Tuxedos Unlimited, for the Annual Grand Rapids Bridal Show, is non-refundable. In the event that I am unable to attend the show for any reason, all money will be non-refundable and it is understood that my booth must be paid in full. I will, however, still receive a listing of the brides registered as part of the booth cost.

The Annual Grand Rapids Bridal Show will not be held responsible if the show must be rescheduled or canceled due to circumstances beyond their control. The Annual Grand Rapids Bridal Show reserves the right to void this contract at their discretion.

All booth spaces are provided with 1-Covered 8’ table, unless you have speci�ied otherwise on your contract.

Set Up – January 4, 2019 at 8am. All booths must be set up by 3pm & pass �ire inspection.

Reminders

o No early tear down or packing up! We do not want any bride to feel rushed to leave. o Electronic sounds (i.e., music) must stay within the booth space. o Only hand out literature & solicit brides within your booth space and not in aisles, the lobby,

etc. o Do not distribute materials or signage from a non-exhibitor. Violation of this policy will

result in expulsion from future shows and a $1,000 �ine. o Contracts for next year’s show will be available at set up. Vendors signing at the show will

receive HUGE discounts and bene�its!
