Your information sheet about kayak rental, Forsand(Lysefjord) Thank you for renting a kayak from us! 

Your pick up point : 

Our rental station in Forsand. It is a little pink house at the 

harbour. 

The adress is: 

Fv491 11, 4110 Forsand 

By local bus : from Tau (ferry) bus 100 to Jørpeland - then 

Bus 108 to Forsand kai

Please be on time when you have booked! As other guest also may wait for us to start a guided 

tour or other rental. Let us know via phone in case you are late.  

Your pick up time: 

Usually at 9 am. It is possible to change the pick up time. Please contact us via phone when you 

want to start later than 9 am! 

Your return of kayaks: 

At our rental station in Forsand. Usually at any time by yourself. We will explain how it 

workswhen you pick up the kayaks.

Recommended packing list for your trip: 

- Outdoor shoes or neoprene shoes that can handle rain/water - Wind/waterproof jacket - Waterproof pants in case it is a rainy day - Waterproof bags or big plastic bags  - Clothes to change (even on just a 1 day trip), in case you get wet  - Loaded mobile phone - Mobile loading device/power bank - Sunglases and sunprotection in case of good weather - Enough food! (There is a supermarket in walking distance from our rental station)

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If client cancel before tour start, the following refund will apply: 

○ 25% of the deposit is non-refundable  

● If you have paid 100 % in advance the following refund rates will apply:  

○ More than 4 weeks (30 days) before departure date: 75 % of any balance paid will be refunded. 

○ 29 or fewer days prior to departure we can not refund! ○ Once the tour has started there is no possibility for rescheduling. We reckon a 

tour or a rental as started at the given start time.  For more information please read the full terms and condition PDF which was send to you with your booking mail.  

Repairment and insurance of kayaks 

Little to normal damage like scatches on the boat or paddle are covered in your rental. In case a 

kayak or the equipment will be have higher damage due to misuse and wrong handling of the 

equipment we will send you a bill about the repairment for it. 

You have to take care to have an insurance for yourself, by yourself. 

We won't pay for any harm you take when you are on your trip alone!
