A wedding reception onboard a tall ship is without a doubt one of life’s most memorable

experiences. Onboard our 1950s style square rigger, you and your guests will enjoy a real sailing

experience, delicious food, excellent personal service and breath-taking views of Sydney’s most

spectacular harbour. Be it a formal, semi formal or casual wedding, our historic tall ship will glide

upon Sydney Harbour’s sparkling waters while you, your family and friends enjoy live music or

a DJ for dancing the night away. The tall ships can also become pirate ships for a fun-themed

wedding.

Why not have your ceremony onboard and celebrate your

union in old world style sipping champagne while you cruise

slowly past the Opera House? Take in the stunning views of

the Harbour Bridge and watch the city light up the sky as you

take your vows on the most beautiful harbour in the world.

The bride can arrive via water taxi while a Tall Ship sails the

harbour, or we can even organise a second pick up from a

separate location. A favorite choice is for guests to depart from

Campbell’s Cove at The Rocks and pick up the bride from the

Man O War Steps wharf near the Opera House.

Once again, you are only limited by your imagination...

Your reception can also be held on a nearby harbour island

such as Shark or Clarke Islands. You can use our ships for the

ceremony only, or for a few drinks and canapés to provide

an extra special element on your big day, finishing your

enchanting harbour cruise with a drop-off at your ideal

location. We are able to provide everything you need for

a beautiful wedding, including sumptuous food, drinks,

marquees, tables, chairs, linen and much more.

the ideal setting for unique wedding photos that you will treasure for a lifetime. Step onboard

and ask our camptain to take you where you want to go in order to capture your most original

wedding shots on picturesque Sydney Harbour.

Sydney Harbour Tall Ships also offers separate water transfer

services for your wedding. Step onboard and we’ll transport

your guests to the ceremony or reception venue in old world

style, adding a unique touch to your dream wedding, We can

dock at several locations around the harbour including The

Rocks, The Opera House, Pyrmont Point Park, Shark Island or

Darling Harbour, just to name a few.

You are sure to delight your family and friends on your special

day when you turn a simple transfer into an extraordinary and

memorable experience.
