FROM its humble origins as a farmyard stable,a historic 19th century barn at Rookery Manorhas been transformed into the elegant and stylishTruff les Restaurant.

The converted barn was once home to farm workersand shire horses that worked the land and pulled thecarriages of the late great-grandfather of current owner,

Ian Clapp.Today, the building has been turned into a beautifulconservatory restaurant and lounge bar that can also beused as a conference suite with seating for up to 40 guestsor delegates.
