0457/11/11/P How does it work? At E.ON, we believe in being succinct and to the point. That’s why each bill you receive includes a one page account statement, clearly showing the amount you need to pay and the date you need to pay it by (or in the case of a Direct Debit, the date we’ll take payment from your bank account). It also highlights other key account details, including any outstanding balance, withdrawn charges, disputes or refunds. If you have two or more sites and want them billed together, they will all appear on the statement. We will also send you a summary itemising each site, along with separate invoices. These invoices will not only contain the details you’d expect, such as your meter readings, but also useful features such as a consumption tracker graph, and a site details panel showing all the key details. How does it benefit your business? Simplicity: We put the right information in the right place. If you only need to find how much to pay, or just want a quick overview of your sites, our bill lets you do that without having to wade through lots of details first. Clear: All of our bills are printed in colour to help you spot important information quickly. Easier all round: We’ve worked hard to design a bill with as few pages as possible. This makes our bill easier to use, easier to file and easier on the environment too. What is it? We know that for our business energy users, the bill is much more than something to pay – it’s an essential piece of management information. That’s why, drawing on our customers’ suggestions, we’ve worked hard to make the bill as user-friendly as possible. Your Bill

Can you give me more details to help me manage my consumption? With our online management tools, you can access your bills online and monitor and analyse your consumption easily. You’ll be able to spot the patterns in your energy use and identify where you could make savings and cut out waste. High volume users with Half-Hourly meters can also obtain extra analysis with their bill. This includes useful consumption graphs and tables with breakdowns of your daily consumption and a complete breakdown of your maximum demand day. If you’re interested in online billing, please ask your Customer Service Account Manager to set up your account.

How can I make sure my bills are accurate? We can set you up with Automated Meter Reading meters, or if your consumption is high enough, Half-Hourly meters. We’ll then receive regular meter readings automatically. If you’re interested, please speak to your Customer Service Account Manager.

Can I add my own reference for each site? Some of our customers find it helpful to add their own references to the bill. So if you want to call a site ‘Unit A’ or ‘South Warehouse 876’ or whatever is meaningful for you, just let your Customer Service Account Manager know.

Can I get all my sites billed together?Of course, if you have two or more sites, we can bill these in a way that suits you. For example, you can choose to have a single bill that covers all sites, or a bill sent to each site separately. To find out more about these and our other options, please talk to your Customer Service Account Manager.
