How to Temporarily Suspend your Debit Card Using your Mobile AppEver misplace your debit card and feel that panic someone else might find it before you do? Use your BNC Mobile app to “turn your card off” with the option to turn it back on for your peace of mind. To suspend or reactivate your card, follow these simple steps!

TO DEACTIVATE your debit card

1. Log in to your mobile banking app on your phone or tablet

3. Select Preferences

2. Click on the three lines found in the upper corner of your account listings

4. Select the “ATM/Debit Cards” option

5. Select the account you wish to suspend (*note-active cards are green)

6. Select ”Suspend Card,” choose your card.

Select “Suspend”

7. Choose “Ok” and your card will be deactivated

1. Repeat steps 1-5: Click on the Suspended

card that you would like to reactivate

2. Select “Activate Card” 3. Select “Activate” 4. Select “OK”
