Worked as a Chef with Hotel Cidade de Goa, a 5 star beach resort in Dona Paula, Goa, Centaur Hotel Mumbai, Radisson Kolkata, Park Royal New Delhi, Ambassador’s Sky Chef, Oberoi Hotels & Flight Services, New Delhi, Graviss Hospitality- Gaylord Restaurant & Mayfair Banquets.
