In Arabic, marhaba means ‘welcome’. And with our comprehensive range of ‘meet and greet’ services, we have been making air passengers feel especially welcome since 1991.

From speedy clearance through arrivals or departures to helping with transfers, baggage and family travel, we ensure a swift, smooth and safe passage through the airport. We even have our own lounges, reserved for marhaba customers.

As part of dnata, the international air services company that is part of the Emirates Group, we understand the intricacies of air travel better than most.

Dubai & beyondmarhaba launched at Dubai International Airport in 1991, with a team of just 20. Since then we’ve become a company of more than 500, from a wide range of nationalities.

Today, we provide invaluable airport services for nearly one million passengers every year, from tourists and families, to VIPs and corporate customers.

Our people are specially trained in many different aspects of the airline industry, airport operations and customer care, to guarantee an exceptional standard of expert, friendly and personal service.

Now, marhaba is growing beyond Dubai, with new services at Bahrain International Airport. We also have a network of 600 distribution partners across 19 countries, including UAE, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Sudan, Lebanon, Turkey, Kenya, Egypt, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Afghanistan, UK, Iraq, Algeria and Russia.

Whatever level of service and support you prefer, you’re guaranteed a warm welcome and expert guidance through all the formalities – including visas and security – as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We can tailor our services to specific needs, such as for families, younger travellers, VIPs or those who need help with languages. You may opt for fast-track clearance through immigration and buggy-car transfers at the terminal. And we can even provide special extras such as flowers for guests, or a chauffeur service between the airport and any point in the UAE.

something for everyoneWe appreciate that everyone needs something different. You may be arriving or departing, travelling alone or as a family, on business or visiting relatives. That’s why we offer three clearly defined options for our Meet & Greet services.

Bronze Meet & GreetWhether you’re arriving or departing, we’ll meet you and guide you through airport formalities.

Silver Meet & GreetWe’ll meet you and escort you through all the formalities and clearances. We also provide complimentary porter services, and any help you need with your baggage. On departures, we welcome you to experience the marhaba lounge.

Family Meet & GreetThis version of the Silver Meet & Greet service is designed specifically for family groups and mothers travelling with young children or infants. We also provide baby strollers (in Dubai Terminals 1 & 3).

Gold Meet & GreetWith this special arrivals service, you’ll have a private escort dedicated solely to you, who will accompany you through all the airport formalities. We also provide complimentary porter services and assist with baggage, as well as complimentary access to the marhaba lounge on your next departure from Dubai.

the marhaba loungeWhatever your airline or class of travel, as a marhaba customer you’ll be welcome at our exclusive airport lounges. Open 24 hours a day, these friendly, peaceful oases are the ideal place to relax, eat or catch up with work, before or after your flight.

Here you’ll find all the business services you could need, with PCs, internet, phone and fax (with free local calls). There’s also a luxurious Food Court with a variety of Arabian and continental dishes, as well as drinks and refreshments. And when you’re ready to go, our priority buggy cars can take you directly to the boarding gate (where permitted).

simple connectionsDubai is an international crossroads for passengers travelling all over the world. Our CityStop and Transfer Services make stopping over in the city, or transferring flights much easier.

CityStopOur CityStop service gives you everything you need for a stopover in Dubai: assistance with 96hr visa, hotel reservations and ground transfers. As well as the option of additional assistance at the airport if you need it. We also have a special CityStop package for those enroute to the Holy Land.

TransfersIf you’re changing planes at Dubai, we can meet you as you arrive and help you through the formalities before seeing you safely onto your connecting flight.

Our CityStop and Transfer services make light work of stopping over in the city or transferring flights.

services tailored toyour businessWe are always looking for more ways to meet the specific needs of your business. That’s why we’ve developed a specialist offer for marine and cruise companies, as well as visa services.

Marine Services Coordinating with shipping representatives, we can take care of all the needs of the crew – from clearing documents and visa correction (if necessary) to helping fast-track the immigration and CID formalities. We can also provide Sea Roam global SIM cards and special rates for airport lounges. We even have a Silver Meet & Greet service for VIP guests.

Cruise ServicesWe have experience in helping passengers from cruise charter aircraft into Dubai. Whether you’re arriving or departing, our specialist Cruise Services team will meet you and see you through all the formalities, including visa and immigration clearance as well as ensure a seamless transition between airport. We’ll help with your baggage, and you’ll have full access to the relaxing marhaba lounge.

Guest ServicesIf you have guests passing through Dubai International Airport, from business VIPs to tourists and family, you can rely on our Guest Services team to provide a warm welcome and a smooth passage through the airport. From the moment they arrive, and see their names displayed on our dedicated plasma screens, your guests will be in friendly, expert hands, ensuring a stress-free airport experience.
