The YOUNG LEADERS missionThe Young Leaders society is designed for young professionals in their 20s and 30s who are defining what it means to be a leader in marion County. The society promotes and facilitates a spirit of philanthropy and civic-mindedness among the young leaders of our community, while encouraging professional and personal growth through networking, volunteering, and social activities. members of the United Way Young Leaders society are committed, compassionate and generous individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact throughout our community.

YOUNG LEADER oPPoRTUniTiesYoung Leaders enjoy a full roster of educational, social, and service events designed to help improve leadership skills and expand their personal and professional contacts. Leadership development, business networking, volunteer and social opportunities, recognition in the leadership giving roster, special communications are some of the unique benefits of being a Young Leader.
