By Donald ChambersIf you have used a computer long enough, then you haveprobably had a virus infect your computer at some point. Youknow how annoying and potentially dangerous they can be toyour PC and you wish you knew how to remove a computervirus. There are many ways to take care of this problem, butonly a few of them are really good. Using a high quality antiadware and spyware software has helped to clear up my PC ofannoying pop ups and increased its speed significantly. There are several good programs to use that are trusted bymillions of people the world over. Most users are not thattechnically savvy so they will not know the extent of the damagethat a virus has done to their computer. Downloading thisprogram will not only get to the root of the problem, but it willkill it as well. One of the better things about this is that you do not have tobe a technical geek to be able to use it. The directions are easy tofollow and very effective at getting the job done correctly. Thereare only a few steps involved and at a certain point, all you haveto do is sit back and let the program work its magic. This is theideal program for those whose lives are busy and do not havethe time to babysit the process. There are many ways that a PC can get infected and virusesare always updating themselves as to how to infect yourcomputer. They are sneaky like this and it is why they areconstantly coming back. Anti adware software knows this andkeeps itself updated as well with the latest methods that caneffectively thwart those attacks. It can be seen as a battle of witsthat anti adware programs are winning. In addition to cleaning up and destroying the viruses in yourPC, this anti adware program can also immunize your system soit doesn't get sick again. This is the best plan of attack that thereis if you think about it. It's like a preventative maintenanceprogram for your computer. It is effective, quick, and it leavesno stone unturned.Once the virus is gone and your system has been immunized, then the antiadware program implements the scanningprocess. This is a very neat and useful tool that allows you toperiodically check on the status of your system. It knows what itis looking for and if it finds adware, will notify you of the issue. As mentioned before, we all have busy lives that are run moreeffectively when on a schedule. The scanning process is nodifferent in that you can set up a certain date and time for thescanning to take place. This way, if there is a problem, you cantake care of it right away. One reason why some viruses are so damaging to a person'ssystem is that they are left undetected for long periods of time. The quicker you can identify the problem, the quicker you canfix it. Your PC has some very sensitive and importantinformation on it, and the anti adware program can help youkeep it all safe. I am glad that all the spyware, adware andviruses on my computer are all gone now all thanks to highquality software which I downloaded and would highlyrecommend it.

By Ethel MartinMiller | PublisherHappy New Year to all of our readersand supporters. It is my hope that 2012will be the year of health for all of us. Myhusband picked up my AARP Magazineand there was an article by Dr. Mehmet Ozwho is a cardiothoracic surgeon and thehost of The Dr. Oz Show on NBC. Dr. Ozshared information on having a longer life.I decided to share some of the goodinformation with you. I think it will bewonderful for all of us to start makingbetter choices that can help reduce stress, help prevent heart disease, cancer, and atthe same time help us look younger. The article started off with a story abouta 1966 Volvo that has more than 2.9million miles, a Guinness world record. This car has run for almost 50 years andlooks as sharp as the day it rolled off the lotand all because of “proper maintenance”.Yes, an automobile is a good example tome. When I think about it, the automobilehas many parts and the human body hasmany parts. We all need to give our bodiesproper maintenance which can possiblygive us long life.I will not be able to give all theinformation, but I can point out some ofthe main points of interest that I think willhelp all of us. A way to reduce stress canbegin with Yoga in the mornings. “It isnoted that by the age of 50, the heart hasbeaten about 2 billion times, a lot of wearand tear.” Yoga can repair some of thedamage by helping lower the heart rate.Yoga also relaxes the blood vessels andreduces stress.Eating breakfast can help us lookyounger. There are two substances, collagen and elastin, which make up the

supportive scaffolding beneath our skin.As we get older, the scaffolding starts tobreak down like a hammock whose stringshave been cut. The article also claims thatsugar in our bloodstream can latch ontothese strings and tie them into a knot, blocking the cells from repairing them. The earlier we cut added sugar out of ourdiets, the better.Snacking on berries can help stave offcancer. Cancer must build a ramp so it canhijack nutrients from the blood supply.Berries may help prevent that ramp fromforming. There are antioxidants in berrieswhich help reduce inflammation andoxidative stress and may help guardagainst certain cancers.Vigorous physical activity can preventfrailty. Fifteen minutes in the sun can helpyou make your own vitamin D. Beforeeating lunch, go for a brisk walk. We losemuscle mass as we age, and that can leaveus weak and our bones vulnerable. Eatingfish for dinner boosts our brain health. This can be done twice a week; try servingoily fish such as salmon, tuna, or sardines..They all have Omega3.Last but not least, go to bed and get theproper rest. Sleep may be the single mostimportant thing we can do to extend ourlives. Seven hours of sleep each night isgood. The best sleep comes between thehours of 10 P.M. and 2 A.M., which is whenthe highest levels of melatonin arecirculating in the brain. Do not fight thebody’s natural cycle. Go to bed.I hope all of us will read books and getinformation that will teach us more aboutgood health. No matter what our ages are, let’s just get started. Happy New Year andmay God bless you.

Right now is the perfect timeto start this type of business with all the home foreclosureshappening across the country. You'll have a constant supplyof homes to clean, and work will be plenty. In an economylike the one currently, you couldn't ask for a betteropportunity to present itself.

Below are just some of the ways that you can begin yourown foreclosure cleaning business when you're on a smallbudget. You are going to be required to spend some money, and somethings are a must to buy. Without them you won'tbe able to successfully run your business properly. Headinto this prospect with those thoughts in mind, and realizeeverything takes time and effort. The Costs You Can't AvoidWhen starting your foreclosure clean up business, thereare going to be costs you simply can't avoid. The biggest oneof these is having the proper vehicle. Hopefully you already

have a vehicle capable of holding your cleaning supplies, tools, and anything you need to clear from a house. If not,you must purchase one. We suggest a used pick up truck, with the lowest amount of miles you can afford. Owning atruck will provide the room needed to haul anything youmay need to remove from a home. The other costs that can not be avoided are the businessformation costs. You should consider forming some sort oflegal entity such as an LLC. These can be acquired onlinethrough sites like Legalzoom.com for around $2300depending on state, and how you decide to form yourbusiness. You're also going to need insurance of some kind, and a cell phone for people to reach you. After you havethese mandatory tools, you're well on your way. Rent UntilYou Can Afford OtherwiseIf you can't afford your own equipment, there are manybusinesses that will rent whatever you need. You're going toneed to rent trailers and dumpsters for cleaning up homesthat have large amounts of trash, and things that need to behauled away. As you begin making more money, you shouldhighly consider purchasing any items you consistently rent.It will save you money in the future, and add value to yourcleaning company. Before renting any supplies you should visit your localhardware store for pricing on all the equipment you'll need. This way you can familiarize yourself with the exact prices, and have an idea on how much it may cost to rent them. You don't want to be taken advantage of in this area, andshould try to find the lowest rates available for rent.Subcontract Work OutFor jobs that you can't handle yourself, you should formrelationships with other people who have knowledge inspecific areas you may need help in. For example, plumbersand electric issues are good ideas to outsource. You don'thave to spend extra either, all you do is factor these costsinto your overall estimate and charge accordingly. While these tips are only a few of the many available tostart a foreclosure cleaning business, you can find muchmore information across the Internet. Now is the perfecttime to start your own cleaning business, and get into abooming industry that only appears to be growing well intothe future. By using the suggestions above, you can startyour own cleaning business for the lowest amount ofmoney available to you right now.

By Mario ChurchillWhen creating a resume, one of themost important aspects is the resumeobjective. Employers get hundreds ofresumes whenever they place an addfor a job and unless you put down youremployment objective in your resume, the document that you worked so hardto produce may end up by the wayside. There are many different sampleresume objective forms that you canuse,. The resume objective is simplywhat you wish to accomplish bysending the company your resume. Inmost cases, the objective is to get acertain job. This should be clearlystated on your resume.A sample resume objective forsomeone who wishes to become aparalegal, for example, can include aheading stating Employment Objectiveand under this heading should be thetype of paralegal position which youare seeking. If you are seeking to be acommercial real estate paralegal, forexample, this should be stated at thispoint. Another sample resumeobjective would be for someone who isseeking a position as receptionist.Again, the Employment Objectivewould be listed as receptionist.Suppose, however, that the personwho seeks to be a receptionist is alsogoing to school for a paralegal degree. He or she may be qualified now to be areceptionist, but upon completion oftheir studies, will want to seekemployment as a paralegal. If this

person is applying for a job at a lawoffice, in addition to the sampleresume objective there should also be acareer objective stated. This could readsomething like this: Although I amseeking the position of receptionist, Iam currently enrolled in xxx collegeand expect to complete my paralegalstudies in xxx. My career objective is tobecome a paralegal. This will let the prospectiveemployer know that in addition togetting a receptionist, he or she mayalso be able to get a qualified paralegalwho will have knowledge of the lawfirm and can remain in the employ ofthe law firm for years to come. Thismay make the candidate a bit moredesirable as it costs employersthousands of dollars to train newemployees.A good sample resume objective canbe found within many differentsoftware programs that assist someonein creating a resume. The wording is allthere, you just need to fill in the properinformation. It is essential, however, that you put down an objective in yourresume. It not only denotesprofessionalism, but lessens theconfusion on the behalf of theemployer.Employment objectives and careerobjectives are two different headingson most resumes. An employmentobjective refers to the job for which oneis immediately applying., A person justout of law school may apply for a job asan associate in a law firm. This is anemployment objective. A career

objective for the same person, however, would probably be partner in the lawfirm. Many people are hesitant aboutputting down career objectives on theirresumes. It makes them feel foolish asif they are shooting for the stars.Nothing can be further from the truth. Most employees want to hire peoplewith some sort of ambition. It is notfoolish to saythat you want tobe partner of alaw firm whenyou are anattorney, it ismore foolish tosay that you arecontent withstaying anassociate andnever moving upthe ladder. It isimportant, therefore, to putemploymentobjectives aswell as careerobjectives, whereappropriate, onyour resume. Ifyou are going toschool tobecome a nurseand have appliedfor a job as asecretary, it isnot necessary to

put your nursing career objective onyour resume as this may cost you thejob. A career objective should only beincluded on a resume if it adds to theemployment opportunity which you areseeking. To find a good sample resumeobjective, take a look at some of theresume building tools online or insome resume building software. All of

the information that you need to find agood sample resume objective can beright at your fingertips. Remember tobe honest in what you are hoping toachieve. You do not have to get toowordy, either. A good sample resumeobjective can be as simple as sayingthat you want to be a receptionist.

Sample Resume Objective

By Anna MathieuThe current job market is not ideal and there isuncertainty; that said there are great career opportunitiesout there. If you are currently employed it is more difficultto conduct a job search, but it can be done smartly andrespectfully. Here are some tips for a productive job searchwhile currently employed, and moving on with grace:ConfidentialityJob hunting while you are employed can be tricky. Youdon't want to burn bridges or be replaced before you havefound your dream job. While in general the more peoplewho know you are looking, the easier for people to findyou, this is not an option when you need to keep yourcurrent employment. Conducting a job searchconfidentially means choosing the people you tell wisely.Typically you wouldn't include your coworkers, uppermanagement, or company contacts in this secret. Workingwith a recruiter will protect your identity until mutualinterest with a prospective employer is established. Whenyou do have an interview, let the company know that yourjob search is confidential. Do It On Your Own Time & DimeThis is your job search, make sure you do this on yourpersonal time and use your own resources. Make sure thatyou provide only personal the contact information on yourresume or cover letter. For job search correspondence, usea personal email, or set up a new email, and use your ownphone and personal computer. This is respectful of thework contract in which you are currently engaged, and willkeep you out of any conflicts that could arise if your jobsearch becomes known. InterviewingJust as the job searching should be done on your own

time, ideally interviews should too. This is not alwayspossible of course, so when you can't schedule a phone oronsite interview outside of work hours, use your paid timeoff. Rather than invent any reasons, simply use yourpersonal time. And be careful if you going to work on thesame days as your interview that you don't give yourselfaway by arriving dressed in a suit and tie that you neverwear to work! Internet Job HuntingPrivacy settings may include your name and contactinformation for example, and some offer the ability toblock specific viewers such as your current company fromviewing your resume. While the internet offers vastresources, be careful about what you broadcast on socialmedia from Twitter to LinkedIn, your comments can bewidely distributed and very difficult to retract. Review yourphotos and personal information as employers use socialmedia too! NetworkingIt is difficult to utilize networks when your job search isconfidential, however you can strengthen relationships andcommunications in general which may open up somedoors and offer insight into new opportunities. Moving OnWith GraceStay invested in your current position and honor thework contract and trust that you have with your currentemployer while job searching. Until you have accepted anoffer in writing, don't tell anyone about your job search ornew job. Once the new position is confirmed, tell your bossfirst and follow the usual protocols of providing adequatenotice (typically at least two weeks). Be graceful in yourdeparture. The relationships you have built here areimportant, whether for continuing business relations in thesame industry, obtaining recommendations in the future,or even future employment down the road with colleagues.

By Donna Walkerwww.walkerdmarie.comDating for a single christian, inmany ways is not easy. For those ofyou who are walking as close toChrist as you can, know what I amtalking about. Since we are all ondifferent levels in our walk, yourdate may not be disciplined in someareas as yourself. This can cause

some very uncomfortable situationsto occur. This brings to my mind adate I was on where my datewanted to place his hands on me inareas I felt was a violation to me asa woman of God. In my spirit Iknew this was not right. Therewere moments during the datewhen my date started to say somevery enticing things. This alsomade me very uncomfortableduring our date. I don’t know

about you, but at times I believe weall get lonely for the attention, thetouch, the affection, and closenessof the opposite sex. Satan will useyour weak moments for his victory, brothers and sisters in Christ beaware of this. We are veryvulnerable when we have not had adate or relationship for a longperiod of time. It does not matterhow saved, sanctified, filled withthe Holy Ghost, speaking in

tongues saint you are, Satan willtempt you in your flesh during mostdates. In God’s word, (I Corth.10:13) says, “There hath notemptation taken you but such as iscommon to Man”, but GOD ISFAITHFUL, who will not suffer youto be tempted above ye are able;but with the temptation also makea way to escape, that ye may be ableto bear it:.Moments during my date I found

myself trying to get my date ontrack by quoting scripture, reminding him about what God hadto say about this. For a few hours itseemed to work, then our datefound itself back into thoseuncomfortable situations. Hey!sometimes you have to put yourfoot down and be “UP FRONT”.Sometimes we are afraid to hurtfeelings, or think we might lose afriendship. Honesty is and alwayswill be the best policy. I believe aperson will respect you more byletting them know you have limitsas a woman or man of God. We areNOT saved to please man, but toplease and walk as close to God aswe can. Don't compromise orsacrifice to satisfy the flesh of yourdate or yourself. There is a heavyprice to pay for sin. Such prices asGrieving the spirit of God, AIDS,Unexpected pregnancy, STD, etc. When we sin, we sin not againstourselves, but against God. Ourbodies no longer belong to us, butto God.Sexual sin is the only sin thataffects the body. Our bodies is thehome of the Holy Spirit, that Godgave us so He can live within us. (ICorth. 6:20) say, for ye are boughtwith a price; therefore glorify Godin your body, and in your spirit, which are Gods. Mature ChristiansI want to say to you that “I LoveYou”, and God loves you too. Ithank God for giving theinspiration to write to you. Wewould love to get more responsesfrom you. We thank those whohave called and written and yourresponses are important. By John H. ClarkIn this article I will examine 3 majorareas where the church of today isoperating out of the will of God. These3 areas are Christmas, Easter, and the10 Commandment Laws.We assume that because the holidaysare well intended, and because Jesus isthe focus of the holidays that no harmis being done. In reality, it does notmatter what you believe, think, feel, practice, or what you have been taughtall your life. If it does not line up withthe word of God, it’s wrong, and you’reout of order. That being said, let’sexamine what is being taught, verseswhat the scripture says.Christmas: I challenge any onereading this article to go to you Bibleand find the word Christmas. Ichallenge you to find the scripture thatinstructs you to hang lights, decoratetrees, buy gifts, or for that matter, celebrate the birth of Christ. Most Christmas stories represent 3wise men coming to the manager, butthere is nothing in scripture that saysthere were only 3 wise men. Matthew2:711. The word of the birth of Christwas not given to the wise men, but tothe Shepherds. Luke 2:1012We must realize that although themodern day Christmas story may bewarm and fuzzy, it is not factual, and itcertainly is not based on scripture.Furthermore, the commercial aspect ofChristmas certainly has no place in ourChurch. When Easter is mentions in Acts12:4, it means Passover, and most of usknow how and when the Passover storybegins. We know the story of Josephand how the children of Israel came tolive in Egypt. Genesis 3746:6 Weknow that the Jews dwelled in Egypt

for several generations. Exodus 12:4041. We know that when the Pharaoh, with whom Joseph had found favordied, the new ruler of Egypt becameworried that the Jews would take overhis people and his power. To avoidthis, he forced them into slavery.Exodus 1:111We remember the story from ourchildhood of how, even though theEgyptians made their lives horrible, thechildren of Israel thrived in Egypt.Exodus 1:12. We remember the storyMoses, how he came to be in Egypt, how he was raised in the house of thePharaoh, and how he came to be face toface with the Pharaoh to demand thatthe children of Israel be set free.Exodus 1:153:10We know that when God sent Mosesto the Pharaoh to ask for the freedomof the children of Israel he knew hewould refuse. Exodus 7:23. Evenafter witnessing the miracles andsuffering the plagues that Godinstructed Moses to bring againstEgypt the Pharaoh would still not letthe children of Israel go. The 10th andfinal plague was that all of the firstbornchildren and animals in Egypt woulddie. Exodus 7:811:10Most of us know by heart the story ofhow The Lord spoke to Moses andAaron and instructed them regardingthe meal of the Passover, the bloodthey were to put on the 2 sides of theirdoor, and on the upper door post. Weremember that the blood was to be atoken, so that where the blood was theLord would pass over that house.Hence, the name “Passover.” Exodus12:113. We seem to get a little foggyafter that, but we must remember thatEaster has nothing to do with theresurrection.

God instructed Moses to keep thePassover Feast for a memorial forIsrael. Exodus 12:14. We mustremember that for us the Passovermeal represents Christ as the bread oflife. Matthew 26:2628, I Corinthians11:2326, because it was a type ofChrist, our Redeemer, John 1:29,I Corinthians 5:7, I Peter 1:1819, thePassover lamb had to be withoutblemish just as Jesus was withoutblemish. John 18:38, and just as theblood applied to the door postprotected the children of Israel, theblood of Jesus is our perfect protection.Hebrews 10:1014, I John 1:7How can we be so blinded as to allowsomething so sacred to coexist withsuch foolish as Easter eggs, the Easterbunny, and a new Easter hat? Forthose who say there is no harm; forthose who would claim that thesecelebrations are for the children, Ianswer that the manipulation, misinterpretation, or misuses of theword of God is in direct violation ofnew testament order. And he Declared unto you hiscovenant, which he commanded you toperform, even ten commandments; andhe wrote them upon two tables ofstone. Deuteronomy 4:13 And Mosescalled all Israel, and said unto them,Hear, O Israel the statutes andjudgments which I speak in your earsthis day, that ye may learn them, andkeep, and do them. The Lord our Godmade a covenant with us in Horeb. The Lord made not this covenant withour fathers, but with us, even us, whoare all of us here alive this day.Deuteronomy 5:13For until the law sin was in theworld: but sin is not imputed whenthere is no law. Romans 5:13. But sin,

taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner ofconcupiscence. For without the law sinwas dead. Romans 7:8. The sting ofdeath is sin; and the strength of sin isthe law. I Corinthians 15:56.Blotting out the handwriting ofordinances that was against us, whichwas contrary to us, and took it out ofthe way, nailing it to his cross. Andhaving spoiled principalities andpowers, he made a shew of themopenly, triumphing over them in it.Colossians 2:1415.Wherefore then serveth the law? Itwas added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom thepromise was made; and it was ordainedby angles in the hand of a mediator.Galatians 3:19.I do not understand how any one canread these scriptures and notunderstand that today’s church is notgoverned by the Laws of the Mosaic

Covenant. Does this mean that we arefree to do what ever we will? No,because we are governed by the spiritof God that dwells within us. Not bylaws that were written on a stonetablet. II Corinthians 3:6We must wake up and acknowledgethat we are not free to add to or takeaway from the Word of God, and weare not at liberty to misuse, misrepresent, or manipulate thescripture for our own enjoyment, edification, or advancement. Byallowing these seemingly innocentpractices to be incorporated into thechurch, not only have we allowed ourcredibility to be brought into question,we have allowed ourselves to berendered ineffective as witnesses, andwe have compromised the power andauthority that God intends for us tooperate in. In order to fulfill ourpurpose this gross lapse in judgmentmust stop.

By Linda A. LindseyAttorney At Law | [email protected] current economic environment has had anegative impact on many individuals andfamilies. Events such as: loss of a job, reductionin work hours, and business slow down havecaused many to suffer financial hardships. Whenfaced with the choice between paying credit cardsand buying food, the credit cards don’t get paid. Before you know it, THE BILLS ARE TOOMUCH AND YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO!Well, there is an answer. Consider filing forbankruptcy. Yes, I said bankruptcy! Federal lawsgovern bankruptcy and a fundamental goal of thebankruptcy laws is to give debtors a “fresh start”from their burdensome debt. The bankruptcydischarge accomplishes this goal by releasing thedebtor from personal liability for discharged

debt. Once a debt is discharged, creditors areprohibited from trying to collect the debt. It isimportant to note that certain debts are notdischargeable such as: most taxes, student loans, family support orders, property settlementobligations, government fines, and court fees. Two of the most common bankruptcy chaptersfiled by individual consumers are Chapter 7 andChapter 13. Chapter 7 is available when debtorsare having financial difficulty and cannot affordto pay their existing debts. When the debts areprimarily consumer debts, the debtor must meeta ‘Means Test’. The Means Test determineswhether the debtor should be allowed to proceedunder a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Under Chapter 7certain property may be exempt, which meansthe debtor gets to keep the property.Chapter 13 is available for debtors who have aregular source of income and want to repay all orpart of their debts in installment payments over a

period of time. For debtorsbehind in their mortgage,Chapter 13 is preferable becauseunder an approved plan debtorscan keep their house. Thepayment plan must be approvedby the court before it can takeeffect. Chapter 13 is alsoavailable to debtors that do notmeet the Means Test underChapter 7.After serious consideration, bankruptcy may be a viable pathto a fresh start in the NewYear!!!Please be advised that theabove statements are not legaladvice and should not beinterpreted as such. Universal Life Insurance Can Be TailoredTo Suit Each Individual

By David LivingstonUniversal life insurance is one ofthe various types of insurance policiesintroduced by insurance providers. These policies are highly flexible andcan be tailored to suit the needs ofeach policyholder. If you want asimple protection policy without asavings option like universal life, youcan request for term life insurancequotes. In fact, if you request for anonline quote, sometimes the entire

application process can be completedonline.Insurance companies introduceduniversal life insurance to overcomethe drawbacks of both whole andterm life insurance. It was introducedin the US in the 1980s. It wasconsidered to be a flexible alternativeto whole life insurance. Bothuniversal and whole life policies havea savings component that gives taxdeferred cash to the policyholder.Part of the insurance premium

(usually 4% 5%) is invested by theinsurance company in moneymarkets, bonds or mortgages. Thepolicyholder will not have a say inhow the money is invested. You can choose two ways in whichthe death benefit will be paid out. With one option, the death benefitwill be paid through the policys cashvalue and as this value builds up, thepremiums will get lower. With thenext option, the cash value will bepaid as it accumulates over time and

the company will repay the faceamount that was originally mentionedin the contract. The second optioncosts slightly more than the first. When you opt for a universal lifeinsurance, you must first know itspros and cons:Proso Flexible and can be tailored toindividual needso Policyholder can adjust premiumpayments depending on his financialcircumstanceso No income tax for cash valuegrowth and death benefits are taxfreeConso If investments lose money, cashvalue can decrease or even be entirelylost in the worst case scenarioo Sometimes bad investments willresult in the policyholder having topay higher premiumsLike all other types of insurancepolicies, universal life insurance alsogives protection to family membersand can be a good investment optionto consider during estate planning. Those who are shopping foraffordable insurance plans must firstbegin with looking for cheap term lifeinsurance quotes. This must beundergone if a person is looking forhis first insurance policy or is seekingto renew his insurance policy with theview to reducing his premiums. Termlife insurance is ideal for thosestarting off in life and can protectboth families and businesses duringvulnerable financial times. A terminsurance provides peace of mind. When the term is over, if a person sodesires, he or she can opt for apermanent insurance if their financialcircumstances have improved and

they can afford. To know which company will giveyou the cheapest rates, get an onlinequote. Each insurance company willprice their policies slightlydifferently. While the basic policy willbe the same, there can be smallchanges in terms or some add onpackages, which will make the ratesdiffer. So, comparing quotes is thebest way to get cheap rates and thiscan be done easier on online sites. These sites give you free and instantterm life insurance quotes, so you canrequest as many as you like withoutbeing under any compulsion tochoose one company or the other. With term insurance, a criticalfactor is the term you take the policyfor. Most insurance experts say thatif you have children, you mustcontinue carrying a policy until youryoungest child becomes an adult. This will enable you to provideprotection when they are still yourdependents. Hence, based on this, you can opt for a 10 15 year policy. Those who want some money forretirement can go in for a longer 2025 year term. Since these terms areflexible, it is best to make a checklistof all your needs before fixing theterm and the coverage amount.Sometimes, people may changetheir term life to a permanent lifeplan if their financial conditionsbecome secure and they want aninvestment option. Others will stickto a term insurance and makeinvestment plans of their own. Sincethere are so many options available, itis best to study them and then make awise decision.

Watch Your Back! 13 Tips for a Healthy Back

By Zoe CaiAmerican's spend 38 billiondollars per year on hair careproducts! I hope you wouldagree that what ever you spendon tells you what you value. It isapparent by the amount ofmoney we spend on hair careproducts that we place highimportance on our hair. It is nowonder that women who sufferfrom hair loss are so greatlyaffected. Often times hair loss inwomen causes selfesteemissues, lack of confidence, andshame.Because hair growth isregulated by multiple genes andattendant biochemical pathways, the underlying factors areextremely complex. Anotherchallenge to understanding hairloss has been the fact thathumans, alone among mammals, suffer from androgeneticalopecia. Thus, no efficientanimal model exists that wouldotherwise tend to shed lightupon the key factors at work.Medications: Many commonlyprescribe medications areassociated with hair loss inwomen. These medicationsinclude chemotherapy, diabetesmedications, andantidepressants.Age When men reach pubertyage, the number of hair follicles

starts to decrease over time. When one is around 20 to 30 ofage, there are about 615 folliclesper square centimeter on hisscalp. By age 30 to 50, this fallsto 485. And by 80 years old, thiswill fall to 435 per squarecentimeter. Thinning of hair canbe considered as part of ageingprocess.Chemicals hair relaxers arevery strong and breaks the hairinternally. Hair coloring whichis already considered a healthrisk because of it's ingredientsPPD and Lead Acetate. Overprocessing the hair using theseharmful chemicals is one of themajor reasons for hair loss.Rosemary essential oil is amain ingredient in many hairloss oils you buy. Try this veryeffective rosemary vinegar hairrinse besides slowing hair loss toa stand still it is very good for thetreatment of dandruff andpsoriasis.Tea Tree Oil This is astaple in almost all hair losshome remedies because of itshealing properties. Nighttimemasques and massage ointmentswill work with tea tree oil. However, adding just a drop toyour shampoo in the morning, and then lightly scrubbing it intoyour scalp while you wash, willnourish the spot to help fend offthe attack until the night timetherapy.

5 Common Causes of HairLoss For Men and WomenA Simple Solution To Prevent/Repair ThisCondition

Do Push Ups to Build Muscle Mass and Boost MetabolismBy Rick West |

Having spent many years doing manydifferent workouts involving weights, cardiovascular machines, and calisthenics,I determined that the best way to buildmass and boost metabolism is by doingpushups. Lots of pushups! After less thanthree months training, I was able tocomplete a onethousand pushup routinein exactly 80 minutes. I gained 15 lbs ofsolid muscle mass, lost a considerableamount of body fat and consistently ate50006000 calories daily.Calisthenics, like pullups and pushups, are commonly avoided because they canbe extremely painful. Because strengthtraining exercises are typically anaerobic, with few exceptions, the body produces ahigh amount of lactic acid, thus causing aburning sensation in the muscles. Coupledwith physical and mental exhaustion, anabundance of lactic acid can persuadeeven the hardest of athletes to give it arest. Remember that your body willprevail, as long as you maintain yourmental strength. To begin, I would recommend a routineconsisting of no more than 100200pushups, spread out over an entire day.Break them down into even sets, of say 20pushups per set. Whenever you feelconfident in yourself, drop to the floor andpound out a quick set. If 20 pushups aretoo many when you begin, then do moresets consisting of fewer repetitions per set.Do not concern yourself with the amountof time it takes to complete the first fewworkouts, just make sure you drink a lot ofwater and eat a lot of high protein foodthroughout the day. The day followingyour first pushup workout, your chest, stomach, shoulders and legs will be sore.It will become apparent just how manymuscle groups are worked when doingpushups. Take 23 days rest. The secret to building the endurance

strength necessary to do extremely largenumbers of repetitions is to strategize withyour own body. The workouts need to bestrategically spaced apart and sometimesstacked together to maximize results. The second workout should be the sameas the first, however do not take a 23 dayrest after the workout. Instead of taking along break, work out every other day, untilyou no longer get sore the day after. Itmay take a few weeks in order to becomfortable doing 200 pushups everyother day. Do not lose sight of your goal.Remember that pain is a result of musclewear and recovery, and should mentallyrepresent progress, not a limitation. It willnever go away, but it will greatly diminishover time as your body adjusts. The third stage requires that youcompress your workout into a set timeinterval. For the sake of example, let's sayone hour. Find a comfortable number ofrepetitions that you feel that you will beable to repeat until you have reached yourdaily goal of 200 pushups. In thisexample, we'll do 10 repetitions. Thisworkout will consist of 20 sets of 10repetitions. 20 sets, evenly divided across60 minutes means that you will need to doone set of 10 pushups every three minutes.Make sure that whatever goal you chooseis achievable, and also poses a challenge.Repeat this routine every other day, untilit becomes comfortable.Because your muscles will quicklybecome fatigued doing calisthenics, it isvery difficult to continually add more repsor sets to your workout. The easiest andmost successful method [in my opinion]for building endurance is stackingworkouts. By stacking, I mean completingthe same workout more than one time inless than a 24 hour period. During thefourth stage, complete a 200 pushuproutine in the morning and in the evening, followed by a day of rest. Once again, justlike the previous stages, do this routine

until your body becomes comfortable thisshould only take a couple of weeks. Atwhich point, you will complete theworkout stacking, by coupling the twosessions into one twohour session, consisting of 40 sets of 10 pushups, totaling 400 pushups. My buildupworkouts include two sessions of 300500pushups apiece, followed by a day of rest.Note that you should not work the samemuscle group two days in a row withoutrest. This method gave my body time torest and refuel between sessions withoutgoing completely into recovery mode.If your body responds quickly and youstart to build considerable muscle mass ina short period of time, which I'm sure youwill, the next thing to do is increase thenumber of repetitions per set anddecrease the amount of time between sets.I would recommend a goal of 2530 repsper set, beginning one set every 2minutes. If done gradually, the workoutcompression can be very smooth and your400pushup routine can be completed in32 minutes. It sounds very difficult, but itis achievable. Now that you have the tools; timingyour sets, timing your workouts andadding reps, you can pull the strings andmake the workout work for you. If youhave any difficulty in any particular aspectthat prevents further gains, use the othertechniques to manipulate your body intocooperating. For example, if you cannotadd more reps to your sets, do more sets,or if you cannot do more sets, do twolarger workouts spaced apart from oneanother. Two important things to rememberwhen doing mass building exercises suchas pushups are; drink lots of water and eatlots of high protein food throughout theday. When doing my onethousandpushup routine, I drink at least one fullgallon of water daily to avoid dehydrationand joint fatigue. Good luck!

“It was the best of times, it was theworst of times…we had everythingbefore us, we had nothing before us…”Many of you will recognize portions ofthe opening sentence from CharlesDickens’, A Tale of Two Cities, which isconceivable one of the most quotedopening lines. Modern technology, computers, cell phone and Ipads, areallowing individuals to experience thebest of times. However, these sameinstruments are creating for ourculture, rudeness and isolation, theworst of times. The invention of thecomputers with email access, cellphones with Face Book, Twitter andtexting have caused many to lose theirmotivation to communicate in a waythat actually allows an individual totruly express oneself. The vowels havedisappeared unless they represent awhole word like “u” for you.Consonants have taken on a wholeword meaning like “r” for are. Thiscould be conceived as the worst oftimes as far as our language goes.Cell phones, meant to improve ourcommunications, have driven usfurther apart giving us less reason to becivil in our responses. Inflections oflove or concern are lost in theabbreviated words shared with a friendor family members. One can go toalmost any restaurant and see a familysitting together while each one is ontheir individual cell phone in dialoguewith someone else. You should refrain from talking onyour cell phone while at dinner, in atheatre, at church, or in most publicplaces especially where others can overhear your private conversation. Theuse of cell phones at the table should

be limited to assisting someone in theparty needing directions to themeeting location. Even then theperson talking to the lost membershould immediately make their way tothe lobby of the restaurant or outsideof the building. The same is true forresponding to a text or phone call onthe BlackberryKnowing when and how tocommunicate in any social situationvia technology is an etiquettenecessity.
