Location
● We walked south to the bus 22 ● Clochatte just in front of ISL. ● Then we got off the bus 22 at the terminus, Lausanne Flon. ● After we walked west to Avenue Jean Jacques Mercier ● .At the end of Avenue Jean Jaque Mercier we crossed the road ● Finally you are at park Esplanade de Montbenon.

Fun FactorEsplanade De Montbenon is a great place to relax and enjoy the amazing view.It is a great park where you can play football. Plus you can bring your dog here too.We like this park a lot because it has big and beautiful lion statues in front of the Palais De Justice. Near the Palais De Justice you will see a lovely water fountain.

A recommendation
Esplanade de Montbenon will give you a
feeling of what Switzerland looks like,
for example the perfect view.
It is very relaxing and you can enjoy it
a lot with your family or your dog. After
you can stay at the restaurant for
lunch. It is a really big park, you can play
football on the grass.

Facts about our park
1)You can exercise, relax and have a picnic, you can read facts about the Olympics. 2)There is no equipment in the park but in the museum there is plenty of equipment and facts about sports. 3) There is no football area but there is a 100 M running track. 4) The bathrooms have to be reached by going into the museum. 5) There are little fountains were people throw their coins and make wishes.

A recommendation
We would recommend the park because it
has a lot of interesting facts about the
Olympics. Also because it is super peaceful
and you can get a lot of exercise. You can
play tennis and basketball in this park,
however, you can't play a lot of sports
like football or baseball. Le Parc
Olympique is really good for Olympic
facts, and overall it's just a beautiful
park.
How to get here from school using public transport: 1.Walk to Clochatte bus stop and take bus 22. 2.Get off at Rotillion. 3.Walk up the hill headed south to St. François 4.Walk underground to buses heading east and take bus 9 to Lutry. 5. Get off at Rive and walk southeast to the Plage.

Fun Factor
At Lutry Plage, you can jump off the diving board and swim. There is also lots of grass to do football, gymnastics, anything you like! There is a small playground for younger kids. Also, there are stone towers near the shore to see, or make yourself!
Facts about the park The park has facilities such as a parking lot, bathrooms for girls and boys and changing
rooms so you do not have to go home in your swimming clothes.

We would recommend this
park to all ages
because everybody can

Directions ● First, you have to go out the school and take the bus 22 to Bessières. ● Next, once you get off the bus you have to go left until you see an elevator. ● Then you take the elevator to the main road. ● Lastly, come out of the elevator and keep on going right until you see the park.

Fun Factor
There is a playground which is good to play in. There is a machine that you can use to dig out sand.There is no football pitch but there is a lovely grass area to play football in.There is also equipment, like picnic tables and playground equipment. Also, at this park there is a bird house with lots of interesting birds.

This park is very nice, and
peacefull and it's very easy for
people to get there from central
Lausanne. It's a fun place to go to

Fun Factor
The play equipment is really fun because there is lots to do. The giant tree house is super cool because you can see the park from above. There is a water stream that you can make the water go in different directions but you can get really wet! There is also a basketball court and football (soccer) pitch so sport lovers can have fun too! There is place to run around and pay tag and games like that. It is a good place for a day out and a picnic.

A recommendation?
Parc de Milan is big for dogs ( if you
have one) and the playground area is
extremely fun. If you want to go on a
picnic with your family it’s the perfect
place for a picnic on the ground or on
the picnic tables. We rated the whole
park 4 and a half stars out of five.

Fun factor We give this park an 8 because there is an awesome ropes course with a cool set of swings. There is a giant field where you can play fun games with your friends like football, tag, American football, and more! We would recommend this park if you want to have a lot of fun!!!

Come to this park
If you're looking for a good, fun park, come here. We recommend this park for all ages because it has a big field with a playground, and great walking paths with fantastic views of the lake too. Come to Parc du Denantou.
Directions ● Walk to Clochatte and take bus number 22 to Rôtillon (12 stops).
● Walk up the hill to the left. At the top cross the street by going into the metro station. At the top of the escalator turn right then left and go to St. Francois. Take bus number 9 to Montilier (6 stops).
● Cross the street, turn left and go up the first path on the right that’s not to a house. Follow the path up to the top and the park is on the left.

Fun Factor
At the park there is a ship that you could pretend you're sailing on if you have a good imagination. There is a good view of Pully and the lake to the left of the playground. There is also a small pool that is shallow. And there is a weird tree that is pretty amazing.

This park is great for families
with younger kids and there is a
lot of space to do a picnic. We
enjoyed the park because there
is a really good view. There is a
deer park in the far right corner
and there is a pool to cool off in
the hot summer months.
Directions To get from ISL to Ouchy 1.Take the bus 22 at 8:40 2.Then you get off at Bessiere 3.Then you take the Metro number 2 4.When you get to the stop Ouchy Olympic you get off the Metro 5.Walk straight and across the zebra line 6.When you see an area with slides and benches and a chess board you are at Ouchy Port.

Fun Factor
You can go swinging, and you can go on the slides. There is equipment to play chess, sailing and play equipment. There is also a place to go down slides so if you come from the train station it is straight in front of you. When you come out of the train station you walk across the zebra line, and you go left and then you walk for about 15 steps and then you can see the swings and slide.

A recommendation?
I would really recommend this park to the
new students who are coming to ISL.
I recommend this park because it is really big
and you have things to do like you can eat
there, you can go biking and skateboarding
there, and you can also go for a nice walk
and can have picnics, ice cream and see the
lake and feed the swans and ducks.
I would like to recommend this park to
people who like relaxing and like to take a
break to see a nice view and like to go in
sailing.
We liked the park because it is fun to play
and if you have a boat on the bay you could
go sailing in the lake and you can see the
mountains and it’s a really nice view.
1. Walk to the bus stop where you take the bus number 22.
2. Then get on it 3. Then you need to get off at Foret. 4. Get on the number 8 and wait 20 stops which will take about 27minutes to get off at Pully.
5. Then walk down the hill and you are at the park…
Pully Port

Fun Factor
1. If you have a child at the age of 2 and you want them to have a nice Park to play then here is your place. 2. If you like watching boats coming in and out of the port then come here. 3. If you like the quietness while your child plays then come to Pully Port. 4. If you like running or doing lots of sports pushups and walking then come here . 5. We have interviewed 5 children at the park and they said the playground is very good. 6. In the Restaurant there is very good food.In the Summer there is a small cafe where you can buy ice cream and coffee and their specialities is perch fillets…( they are really good. Estelle tried them!) 7. If you have a dog then you can walk it in Pully Port because it's really big and you have the view. 8. There are some picnic tables for a picnic with your child or you can picnic in the grass,there is a lot of green space. 9. Everyone we asked thought it was a beautiful place to play tag. 10. The bus stop is right in front of the park.

Vidy Park .

Fun Factor
Vidy is a fun, but also a massive park. There are a
lot of activities to do there. So be prepared for a
long walk. We recommend taking a water bottle
and snack. The walk to the beach from the bus
stop is a little over 1.3km.
There is a place to play football, tennis, you can
run and there's even a place to row in a boat.
There is a lot of play equipment and facilities to
enjoy. Examples:playgrounds, benches,skate
parks.There are also 7 football pitches.
Facts about your park?
Vidy is a very nice park/beach because park is very, very, very big. It is is 2.2
kilometers. There is a skatepark to ride your skateboard and a place to play beach volleyball.There are lots of football and tennis courts. There is also an athletics stadium,you have an amazing view when you walk down the lake.There is a lot of things to do there for kids and adults. Vidy is a
really nice place.

I would recommend this place to a new
person because it is a nice place to go for a
walk and view the mountains. It is fun and
nice place there in Vidy, because there is a
lot of sports to play and a lot of fun things to
do as a family. I really think if you are
wondering what park you should go to, you
should definitely choose Vidy park.
