Yaya and Livvy

My name is Livvy and I live in Newberg, OR.

This is YaYa and she lives in China. I can’t wait for her to come visit me so I can show her some of my favorite fun places in Newberg.

First I will show her where I do my gymnastics. She is good at gymnastics too.

Now I will take her swimming and we will swim for a long time.

Ooooh, this is a good one. I sing here. It is Mountain View Middle School. I do choir here. It is fun.

This big store is Fred Meyer. My family shops here often.

And then we will go on a walk together at George Fox University. I like riding my bike here. And maybe we can play hide and seek.

I like this place because I go to church here. It is called North Valley Friends Church.

This place is a fun place because you get to pick out library books.

Next, YaYa and I will go to Critter Cabana. It burned down about a year ago. They used this little store until they rebuilt a new one.

This is The Cameo. I hope YaYa and I can go to the movie theater sometime. It is so fun.

This is Lucky Fortune, my favorite restaurant in town. The food is not like what she has at home, but I hope she likes it.

This is one of the best places in the world! It is my best friend Vivi’s house. She likes playing Littlest Pet Shop like I do. I wonder if YaYa will like playing it too.

This is a good place too because you can drink yummy drinks and eat pastries. It is called Chapters. They also have books. I hope YaYa likes it.
