GENERAL NOTES

Situation Upper Farm has excellent national road network access via the M6 and A34 and lies only 3 miles from junction 14 of the M6 at Stafford North. From Stone and the A51 pick up the A34 towards Stafford and travel 2 ½ miles up Yarlet Bank passing the school on the left. Go passed the Greyhound Public House and after 600 yards turn left into the farm drive (adjoining the yellow speed camera). From the M6 and Stafford (junction 14 Stafford North) pick up the A34 signposted Stone/Stafford and after having passed Arnold Clarke car dealership on the left go to the main A34 roundabout. Take the A34 towards Stone and travel through the traffic lights passing Whitgreave Lane on your left. All Sale Goers Beware-you are advised that the A34 dual carriageway has several un marked no U-turn crossing points-please approach the sale from the south bound carriageway south of Yarlet Bank---To minimise risk of accident-all traffic from Stafford is advised to travel to the main roundabout near Stone (where the A51 and A34 meet) and re-run back on the correct side of the dual carriageway.

This very genuine dispersal sale arises as a result of the retirement of Mr Neil and Mrs Bernie Crayston who have been council tenants since 1992. Many will know that all the cattle have already been sold from the farm and this leaves an excellent range of machinery together with livestock requisites, sundries and produce for genuine auction sale. All the major items have been owned from new including the Case 2WD tractor together with the excellent Valtra tractors and Diet Feeder. The stars of the show include the 2 low houred 4WD Valtras one complete with MX Loader together with an excellent Diet Feeder, Major Tanker, Protech Mounted Post Knocker and other little used items.
