Automation Systems and Solutions by integrating Controllers, PLTF transmitters, Sensors, Switches, Measuring

devices, Motors, VFDs, PLC’s, HMI, SCADA. Our supplies include Complete Integrated Control panels,

HMI/SCADA Stations, Logic Controllers, VFD’s, MCC panels.

We serve our clients with the latest technology in Design Engineering, Testing, Installation, Erection,

Commissioning, Trouble shooting, AMC services in the Industrial Automation field in various verticals and

applications.

HMI/SCADA Station:

Our scopes of works include Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Testing and Commissioning of HMI

Panel, SCADA Station, Operator control Panel, AndOn system, Annunciation Panel.

Selection of HMI’s / SCADA, Switches, Indication Lamps is as per client requirement like

SIEMENS/Mitsubishi/Schneider/Hakko/Schneider/AB etc......

The key factors in design and development of HMI System are user friendly, confidentiality, tamper proof, easy

maintenance. Our HMI stations are built in accordance to industry standards keeping in mind the above key

factors.

Through our expertise we design engineer and configure optimized HMI Stations like:

• Complete line monitoring and controlling through a common SCADA platform.

• Standalone main HMI station

• Recipes management

• Remote HMI/PB station

• Main Push button operator station

• AndOn display system like LCD/LED/Tower Lamp/Hooter.

MCC/VFD Panel:

Our scopes of works include Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Testing and Commissioning of

MCC/VFD panels. With our expertise, the type of starter/VFD selection are made based on the application,

environment and load data to achieve higher motor efficiency, lifecycle, energy saving etc

Our panels are designed in accordance to industry standards and regulations.

VFDs and Switchgears based on client requirement are considered like SIEMENS, Mitsubishi, Fuji, Delta, AB,

ABB, Yasakawa etc.....

Retrofit:

To meet the ever demanding needs of enduser, in terms of quality, cost, productivity, safety, upgradation and

retrofit is very viable in an production system.

By having vast experience in this field, we are capable of controls retrofit of obsolete system with most optimized

engineering to meet client expectation. Improve performance of the System by retrofitting with compatible latest

technology configurations thus improve process time, increase productivity with quality, easy maintenance, safety

interlocks, reduce wastage…….



Project Execution: We execute turnkey projects which includes field works along with supplies. Field works like Installation of

panels, Cable Trays, Cable Laying, Termination, Loop test, Testing, Commissioning, Training, Documentation.....

As it is well known that excellent project execution largely depends on Planning, Resources, Coordination, Site

facility, Project Schedule, Knowledge and Documentation.

Our engineers have been trained to execute the projects taking into consideration all of the above factors and

execute the project smoothly, professionally within the stipulated time frame.
