The topic is about supporting a new genera-tion of entrepreneurs to know how to achieve a common goal by using proactive entrepreneurial behaviors and taking responsibility that integrate social and envi-ronmental concerns in their business operations and interactions with their stakeholders for a
sustainable future.
The topic is about how youth can generate or realise new ideas based on technology, capacity or knowledge, develop this into reality or prod-uct, diuse, implement and market these new ideas that connect business to the endless possibility of a t e c h n o l o g y - d r i v e n
society.
Education to employ-ment is still an issue in Vietnam. There is a big gap between companies’ needs and what are being oered at our formal education system. The topic is about nding out how youth come up with ideas to connect business in youth development in order to create the 21st Century Employee.
