Gaios, the ‘capital’ of the island, shows its Venetian and British heritage in the colourful buildings that line the long harbour-front. 5th day: NidriThe immediate area around Nidri village on Lefkas is fairly flat and is good for gentle cycle rides and walks through the olive groves. Try a walk to the Nydri Waterfalls near Rahi village (approx. 4km), or cycle around Vlicho Bay to the little white church of Agia Kiriaki on the headland of Geni (Yeni). Although the white church is opposite Nidri and only a few hundred metres by sea, the journey is approximately 8km by land. For those with more energy there are walks into the surrounding hills to Paleokatouna, Neohori and Haradiatika; and in spring the flowers and blossoms are beautiful.Overnight: Yacht | Meals: Breakfast, light snack

6th day: Vathi (Meganisi) Meganisi is in the southwest of Lefkada, at a distance of 4 nautical miles (30 minutes) away from Nidri. It is the largest of the islands in the area, a quiet place with attractive beaches. Meganisi has an area of 20 square kilometers. It is subject administratively to Lefkada and is divided into the villages Katomeri, Vathi and Spartochori.Overnight: Yacht | Meals: Breakfast, light snack

7th day: Lefkas - marinaLefkada, or Leucas or Leucadia is a Greek island in the Ionian Sea on the west coast of Greece, connected to the mainland by a long causeway and floating bridge. The principal town of the island and seat of the municipality is Lefkada (city). The east coast section of the island has small resorts of Lygia, Nikiana and Perigiali, all north of Nidri, the largest resort on the island. It is set in a sheltered location with views across to Skorpios—owned by Aristotle Onassis, Meganissi and other small islands, as well as the Greek mainland. The main coastal road from Lefkada to Vasiliki runs through the village, although a bypass has now been completed which skirts the village to the west. The famous beach of Porto Katsiki is located on Lefkada’s west coast. Lefkada was attached to mainland Greece. The Corinthians dug a trench in the 7th century BC on its isthmus.Overnight: Yacht | Meals: Breakfast, light snack

8th day: Mourtos – SyvotaMourtos is a small village and fishing harbour located on the mainland of Greece opposite the southern part of Corfu. In recent years it has been rather overtaken by tourism and the small harbour is now used as much by yachts as fishing boats, while the quay is a mass of tourist restaurants and bars. In evenings in the season - especially at weekends - the quay is packed with charter and cruising yachts alike and it can be difficult to find a place. The harbour also contains a small marina, half of which is taken up by local boats, but the other half can be used by visiting yachts. The marina is partly equipped with laid moorings, although some yachts will need to use their anchors. Nearby are several anchorages, including around the Sivota or Syvota islands, which offer good shelter in the prevailing winds.Overnight: Yacht | Meals: Breakfast, light snack

9th day: CorfuCorfu, also known as Kerkyra, is the northernmost of the Ionian Islands, located off oflocated off of the far northwest coast of the country. Corfu lies in the Adriatic sea, east of Italy and southwest of Albania. Historically Corfu has been controlled and influenced by many foreign powers, notably the Venetians and the British. The good infrastructure, due to

a very long tradition in tourism, and the multiple possibilities for various activities are ideal for holidays on Corfu and the nearby islands. Corfu’s nature, sea and history have made sure that you will certainly find original, interesting sights and sounds of interest. With Greek education and the influence of “nobility” from England, France and, surely, Venice, in a place which is used to welcoming the international jet-set for several decades now, the possibilities for sports and amusement are certainly impressive. The Architecture and Cuisine are very different from the Aegean Islands, due to this diversified culture, discover and enjoy.Overnight: Yacht | Meals: Breakfast, light snack
