global Subsea Markets Session The Subsea sector is truly global by any measure. business development prospects need to be considered on a similar global basis to ensure that market development strategies are effectively targeted and aimed at real prospects far enough in advance to increase the probability of success. This session examines the extent and timing of Subsea developments across regional markets in West Africa, brazil, Gulf of Mexico and Europe as well as taking a close look at the Asia Pacific region. It will explore independent views from a range of industry analysts, operators, contractors and market experts.

Australasian Subsea Markets - Local OpportunitiesAustralia’s Oil and Gas industry continues to expand at a rapid rate. There is an expected upcoming surge of Australian developments, with 2013 and 2014 promising a substantial increase in Subsea activity. As these developments progress from the survey, design, manufacturing and planning to the offshore construction, this growth in activity will translate to significant increases in opportunities for Australian contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and service companies. In this conference session operators and major contractors will provide an overview of some of the current and future developments taking place that will lead to opportunities for local Australian companies.

Riser technology Enablers The Australian offshore Oil and Gas industry will experience many new field development concepts in the near term. Chief among these innovations will be the deployed riser systems and their technologies for deepwater and LNG projects. This session will present and discuss topical subjects including flexible and steel riser systems to permanently moored floaters (ship-shaped and alternates) and the requirement for large diameter risers for LNG to realize the potential of these world class projects.

global Pipeline buckling Symposium2 Day Session, Day 1 The two day global buckling symposium provides a forum which will allow engineers to meet, present papers and participate in discussions on the future developments in design, installation and operation of hThP pipeline systems. The key issues to be addressed include - fracture mechanics; geotechnics; material selection and the performance of clad / lined pipelines and Operator and Installation Contractor perspectives.
