€ 40.000
Maximum (per project and company):
5 million euros for SME or improvement of a building
1.125.000 euros in all other cases
Amount Restrictions Provided that the project receives EU subsidies, the total loan amount (subsidies + loan amount) shall
not exceed 90% of the total investment
Term Depending on the payback of the project (between 3 e 20 years)
Pricing Casuistic approval, but always lower than a financing outside the instrument with the same terms
