Design and oversee the user experience for over 12 web sites including paloaltonetworks.com, unit42.com, Blog, and a range of additional front-end web properties and tools, which are used by more than 2 million visitors per month. Performing micro and macro UI / UX improvements, affecting specific pages and the entire ecosystem of the company web properties.

Cisco Systems Inc.

Collaborated with the design and development team on various Cisco IT projects such as At Your Service, eStore, Cisco Directory, Cisco Employee Connections applications by creating product concepts, research, user flows, wireframes, and visual design for features of the employee experience.

Led the design of Cisco IT tool, InTouch, to collect and manage the Cisco enterprise application feedback, and to provide IT management the 360-degree of the application usages and feedback.

Design the 10-foot UI experience for Smart TV UI development. The hardware was initially slow to respond to user interaction, yet the team delivered the stunning UI within the set requirements and technical limitations.
