1. Cung cp cc cht dinh dng: Nhu cu nng lng ca hc sinh trung hc cao hn so vi ngi trng thnh. Mi ngy nn m bo lng thc n chnh y , thng thng mi ba n nn t 150-200g, c th n nhng thc n sn sinh nng lng cao nh: cm, bnh ngt, tng vng,... Cng nn tng lng thc n ph, mi ngy c th n khong 500g rau xanh, 100g tht, 100g cc ch phm t u, sa, trng g, hoa qu.1.1.
