Fr. Conrad Pesso, S.J.: Associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of
India. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Finance from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has 20 years of industry experience in leading companies, and 18 years of teaching experience in areas of Finance and Accountancy. His areas of interest are Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management& Corporate Governance.
Prof. Dr. Vaidyanathan: Double doctorate with 25 years of teaching experience in leading B-Schoolsin India. He also has 12
years of work experience both in India and abroad. He has presented papers in several industry conferences and conducted workshops for leading companies. He is a visiting Professor in International Business at Great Lakes, Chennai. His areas of interest are Marketing, Strategic Management, Business Policy and International Business.
Prof. RavindraDey: An MBA with more than 18 years of teaching and industry experience, he has an excellent record in
companies like Ion Exchange, Wockhardt, TCG, EWDL, etc. He is a visiting Faculty in OB Area at Great Lakes, Chennai and SP Jain, Mumbai. His areas of interest are Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development and Human Resource Management.
Fr. Dr. Anthony Dias, S.J.: Docotrate in law from National Law School, Bengaluru with 16 years of teaching experience. He is actively involved in social research and action with several leading NGOs. His areas of interest are Corporate Law and Environmental Sustainability.3

Prof. Kishore Rathi: An alumnus of IIT- Kharagpur, he is pursuing his Doctorate in Finance from XLRI. He has over 25 years of experience in the US IT industry and consults for clients in USA. His areas of interest are Liquidity Risk and Asset Pricing, Fixed Income Securities, Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management.
Prof. Kameshwar Rao Modekurti: An M.Com (Taxation), MBA (Marketing), ACMA and CFA with 22 years of experience in Industry as well as Teaching, Corporate Training and Consulting. Presently pursuing his Doctorate in the area of Finance. His areas of interest are Corporate Finance, International Finance, Banking and Insurance.
Prof. Pranil Naik: A Mechanical Engineer and MMS from Mumbai University with 10 years of professional experience across IT, Logistics and Consulting. His areas of interest are Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and
Environment Management.
Prof. Jyoti Singh: BCA, MBA (Finance& Systems). Has worked in Strategic Management & Finance Area as a Research
Associate at XLRI for 4 years, and also with organizations such as CMIE and HDFC Sales Pvt. Ltd. Her areas of interest are Finance & Strategy.
