Main menu describes system overall information with some user changeable setting, it contains below

1.1 BIOS Information

[BIOS Vendor] : Display BIOS Vendor.

[Version] : Display BIOS Version only.

[VBIOS Version] : Display VGA BIOS Version. This item will be displayed when CSM enabled.

Please check VGA BIOS Naming Rule –ID Definition_V0r66.pdf for more detail.

[GOP Version] : Display GOP Version. This item will be displayed when CSM disabled.

[EC Version] : Display EC firmware Version.

1.2 Processor Information

[Help string] : none

[Processor Type] : Display the brand string of processor.

1.3 Memory Information


[Total Memory] : Display the size of system memory.

1.4 System Information


[Serial Number] : Display the serial number.

1.5 System Date

[Help string] : Set the Date. Use Tab to switch between Date elements.

Use [ENTER], [TAB] to select a field.

Use [+] or [-] to Configure system Date.

[System Date] : [WD MM/DD/YYYY], WD means Week Day – Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun.

[User Permissions] : Full Access

1.6 System Time

[Help string] : Set the Time. Use Tab to switch between Time elements.

Use [ENTER], [TAB] to select a field.

Use [+] or [-] to Configure system Time.

1.7 Model Name

Pressing F12 would expose model name on lower right corner for 3 sec. Then each character

would disappear one by one every 100 ms.

2.9.1 Legacy USB Support – Sub Menu

devices are connected. DISABLE option will keep USB devices available only for EFI applications.

4. Security menu

4.1 Administrator Password

[Description] :

1. The supervisor password is limited to 3~20 characters and case sensitivity. Also, it does not

support special characters like “!”, “%”, “^”, “~”…

2. After the supervisor password is installed, the password validation process will be invoked

during system booting or entering into BIOS setup menu. If the user inputs wrong password

over three times, the system bios must prompt a warning message.

4.2 User Password

[Description] :
