When was the last time you heard your heart race?

Our youth is faced with a challenging and competitive environment. They need

to be geared up to confront the tough realities of life with wisdom and

confidence. X - VENTURE prepares them for this.

X - VENTURE is a 3 days outdoor leadership training program. It is rigorous

and demanding and helps participants discover and utilize their leadership

potential.

Camping and surviving in wilderness is an important component of this

program. Participants will not only learn to be self-reliant but will also be

exposed to the basics of teamwork, setting goals, planning and getting

connected with nature through activities like rock climbing, abseiling and more.

Whether it’s climbing a mountain or embarking on a new business venture, the

awareness and skills developed in this stretching program are invaluable to

achieve continuing success in all spheres of life.

Umair Jaliawala – Trainer at X-Venture

Umair Jaliawala is a trainer by passion, an entrepreneur by profession and asocial worker by persistence. Having worked with over 85000 corporate, youth,

teachers, social workers, Umair has had opportunities to influence top line

professionals to individuals in far-fetched villages, marginalized communities,

people with disabilities and relief camps.

He would pull away the earth of your beliefs from your under feet, make you

doubt, think, analyze and then help you recreate the basics of your ideology as

you like it and as it would suit you best. He is known as a magician and a wise

wizard for the same.

Umair's adventure extends to his personal life with his huge network of friends

from all walks of life. His attempts to drive long distances, bungee jump and

sky dive make him fearless and keep eyeing for crazier stunts.
