MINEVILLE — A surprise birthday party was held recent­ly for Mrs. Doris Marcotte of Port Henry at the home of Mrs. Barbara PLtscofsky of Moriah.

Friends and relatives from out of town were Miss Daphne Shaw of Glens Falls, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Putman of Ticon-deroga and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Amano of Tlconderoga.

Keeseville Methodist Church sets concert

By ALBERTA

KEESEVILLE — Keeseville Methodist Church will host a Community Christmas Concert at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

Rev. Fr. Normand Cote, as­sistant pastor of St John the Baptist Church, Keeseville Rev. Fr. Robert Gatto, pastor, St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Keese­ville, and Rev. Burnham Wal­do, pastor of Keeseville Metho­dist will assist in the ecumeni­cal Christmas program.

The concert win feature sac­red songs and carols of t h e Christmas season.

Keeseville Community Choral Group, Frank Tromblee, direct­or, Keeseville Methodist and Baptist Joint Choir, Mrs . Charles Finley, director, and Harkness Methodist Y o u t h Choir under direction of Mrs. Roy Banker, will all take part in the concert.
