Cloning a Form

• Open the form you want to clone

• Click on Clone• The clone is

placed at the bottom of the list

• Edit the clone definition as needed

• Click Build form to create the new form based on the clone.

• You can use English, French and German to create forms.

• FILE question type can be used anywhere in the form (even in multi-instance panels)• Documents are stored in the iMIS document store as documents within folders tied to the

submission reference of the submission.• The documents uploaded by an applicant can be easily viewed and reviewed• Documents can be stored as activity records on the applicants iMIS record

• Relate each iMIS field to each form field.

• Fields can be read-write or read only.

Use GenTables/IQA from iMIS in a form

• When entering a question, choose a “query object” to take the list of values from.

• Browse for an IQA and the selected result column can pre-populate a list in the form.
