Milestones1995FH JOANNEUM launches its first four degree programmes: Industrial Design and Construction Engineering and Management in Graz,Industrial Management and Electronic Engineering in Kapfenberg.2001The Bad Gleichenberg campus opens with the degree programmein Health Management in Tourism.2003First degree programmes are converted to the bachelor/master systemin accordance with the Bologna guidelines.2006The courses for allied health professions are converted into FH degree programmes. This means the start of a range of Health Sciences degree programmes.2007FH JOANNEUM receives the status of University of Applied Scienceswith a Rector responsible for its scientific strategy and organisation. 2013/14FH JOANNEUM has 41 degree programmes in six departmentswith over 3800 students and employs some 540 staff.
