2.Meet with your teams to refine plans and prepare for your presentations tomorrow night

Tomorrow’s Presentations

Tomorrow night, NTs/NTEs will be paired together to present their plans for feedback. Presentations should include:•Approach to working with districts•Bright spots/examples of successes in working with your schools/districts •Biggest challenges to date in working with your schools/districts•The key 3-4 areas of focus that the team thinks will make the biggest impact

• Presentations should be 10-14 minutes.

• Teams will listen to each others’ presentations and then provide constructive feedback on plans based on a protocol.

• NYSED and Regents staff will be available for consultation and feedback as well.
