Project’s guidelines

With the WASHTRU ® project we wanted to achieve the

optimal solution for the cleaning needs of work vehicles

used where hygiene and disinfection are extremely

important.

Starting from well tested technologies we developed a

modularity and a mobility never seen before.

VERSATILITY: WASHTRU ® is the answer to the working requirements of various sectors and can also be used in difficult circumstances (lack of water or electricity supply). Easily transportable, it is suitable for temporary purposes and easy to move.

RAPIDITY: in about 30 seconds, WASHTRU ® is able to effectively clean the wheels, the under frame and the entire truck.

EFFECTIVENESS: through the best high pressure technology and specific hygienical products, WASHTRU ® guarantees an optimal result for vehicles that need to be washed very often.

EFFICIENCY: without moving mechanical parts or brushes, WASHTRU® requires no significant servicing and ensures the highest safety of all workers.

CONVENIENCE: WASHTRU ® does not require building or civil works. Just connect to water and electricity supply and the system is operational immediately. A really plug & play system.

QUALITY: The rotating washing heads we use are a OMZ’s patent, the partner Italian company we have joined with in a framework agreement for the development of new projects. All components of the WASHTRU ® system are made in Europe.

BENEFIT: minimal operating expenses, maximum result.

ECO-FRIENDLY: the water used in the washing cycles can be completely recycled to avoid any environmental contamination.

Hygiene and disinfection in each washing!

Ensure the respect of rules in potentially dangerous sites for public hygiene (e.g. dumps, decontamination lands, areas put to quarantine).

Ensure maximum hygiene while entering sites affected by high-risk of pathogenic contaminations (e.g. farms).

Ensure a quick but effective external cleaning service to vehicle fleets that require a daily treatment, in short time and at low cost (e.g. city-bus, food transport trucks).

Furthermore, WASHTRU ® is the ideal solution for vehicles with irregular frame, which cannot be effectively cleaned by using traditional brush wash systems.

to make or spread the mud or debris by the wheels

of vehicles coming from access roads and branches:

AdditionalsMAIN ADDITIONALS FOR BOTH SYSTEMS ARE:

WINTER PACK: Recommended in places where winter temperatures are negative and where there is a significant frost risk.

SANITARY PACK: for installations that include, during the washing cycle, disinfectants in addition to normal cleaning products.

SECURITY PACK: signal lights and other accessories to ensure a higher safety level during washing cycles, especially recommended in self-service systems.

WATER PACK: for sites where a water treatment plant already exists, we can provide a WASHTRU® without the tanks required for the recycling plant.

Both systems can be provided in 20‘ or 40‘ container.In the case of 20 ‘ container, tanks can be, if necessary, installed outside the container.
