WssTP is the European Technology Platform for Water. Initiated by the European Commission in 2004 as an industry-lead stakeholder forum

Mission: Improve coordination and collaboration in the water

sector and water using sectors; Enhance the performance of the European water sector ,

its technology suppliers, and water using sectors; Contribute to solving societal challenges through RTD&I.

WssTP Working Groups

WssTP Working Groups are key to the functioning, objectives, and implementation of the WssTP strategy

WssTP WG can be classified as follows:

Functioning:

Provide WssTP with activity reports and yearly work plans

Comply with a certain number of Key Process Indicators

Support from WssTP secretariat

• Online project management tool: ProjectPlace

• Support in the organization of meetings in Brussels

• Opportunities for central meetings 2-3 times per year

• Help with communication and dissemination of WG activity and results

• The engagement of WssTP members

• Connecting the WG to other initiatives within WssTP or at the European level
