 Special modular system for fire extinguishing and liquidation of natural and industrial disasters WATER STORM WSJ-M module Purpose: 1. Precipitation and neutralization of ammonia and other toxic gases from the atmosphere. 2. Fire extinguishing of oil and gas fountains on land and at sea. 3. Cooling process of structures in large industrial enterprises at fires and accidents. 4. Neutralization of toxic substances on the surface of the earth in case of accidents. 5. Creating protective horizont al shields of water in the atmosphere to precipitate the gas and vertical shields to protect against fire and thermal emission. Key features to maximize the performance: 1. The range of gas-water mixture exceeds over 150 meters horizontally and vertica lly. 2.  Area coverag e - unlimited. 3. The volume of gas-water mixture (liters per second) is more than 8 million. 4. The volume of dispersed water per second is up to 200 kg. The control system of the jet engine and the fuel system is a fully automatic and digital system. The monitoring sensors are of European industrial standards. The control system of the gas sectors, engine rotation and water volume is absolutely automatic with manual or semi-automatic control options with the remote control unit. The control system has artificial intellect and special infra-red cameras to estimate the situation before the start of the jet engine and further motor control for various scenarios. Scenarios are developed on the basis of the simulation program at the conditions of the fire development or an industrial accident.  A special pumping station cond ucts water supply for the WSJ-M and is capable of using any water source within a radius of three kilometers from the accident area, including the sea, lake, river, pond, water tower and a fire hydrant.
