1. Summary This year report is written November 2016 and

May 2017. We focus in 2014 on U.N. support, web

design and country program development. In July

we changed office to The Hague. In October we

started Human Resources recruitment. In January

we wrote a plan for two trillion US dollar but the

funds did not come. At the end of the year we

found the first volunteers.

2. Offices Zwolle, Laren, The Hague. After corporation with Polykarpia, Daniëlle Simons became board member and hold office in Laren. At July Emile rented an apartment with office in The Hague, related with his new WFBN Treasury.

3. 1T$ Plan Terry offered a2T trade, supported by Jennifer: WSF2,5% part to stay in HK for trading by Martin. Emile developed a new roll out plan for country climate support. Ganeson, Jimmy en Tan. Rob reports about his meeting with Tan, Sun (en Woh): VOC Goud. Vz T.A. Hernando in ASD. Rob starts interconnecting. Daniëlle travels to Singapore, asks Tan to deliver contact person UBS and foundation background for TTM, stays at Rob en Monika, I ask TTM with Hermanto in ASD. Mvr. Vreugdehil ING places KYC request, which was not delivered but table money.

4. Activities A new website was developed to deliver services on four levels: Global, Country, City, and Home. The Global Commons, VIPcure, Essence, and SUM Foundation websites were stopped in December.

The support to U.N. Open Working Group for Climate Change became responsible for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Agenda 2030. NGOs got their own daily meeting hour with the Co-Shares before the 40 country members meetings. The Commons Cluster was very succesful in delivering detailed advices, global communication to Heads of States, their Ambassadors to the UN, Major Groups, and 1,500 key relations. In April Emile became Treasurer at WFBN, the Dutch Federalist Movement, member of the WFM. It was a kind of comming back in Holland after many years of focussing on global needs. In August Davy Foss started at WSF as Human Resource Manager. He connected with PEP and found the first Volunteers: 1 Uganda, 3 WFBN, IntFin, Brazil, Italia, Denmark, Philipines. In September Emile got inspiration to develop three visionairy presentations:

The First one about the coming global agenda shift, combining Jeremy Rifkin’s Internet of Things with Emile’s Sustainable Human Rights (SHR), and the U.N. Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and new SDGs. This leaded also to Emile’s second presentation Re-Bronning, “The New Global Wealth Architecture.“

Facing the global financial meltdown, which seems to be part of the new job creation problem – no money, no investment – or maybe the spatial rules are breaking investment power? Anyway countries are stuck in finance, like private are stuck in jobs, read income. The devaluation of money was considered as losing value of labour. So Emile looked to find a sustainable system for keeping labour value save for next generation and own live cycles. So the “160% Wealth” plan came out: Labor decoupled from Finance, which was send to the U.N. Commons Network and Nobel Price organization. Nearly no reaction came back. What was missing was a way of implementation in society. The www.timebank.cc in The Hague looked like a solution, but their problem was that opening accounts started with 0,00 so nobody was

to order some labour without dept allowance. In 2015 Emile constructed a solution.

5. Finance and Commodity Trading WSF did not found investors in 2014, so the cost of the organization where privately funded as a gift by the board members, round about 4 to 6k€. SDF Outcome Report for the Post 2015 Agenda. It transformed to Bitcoins PALS but wasn’t marketed as Tap Auction 2% Post 2015 Agenda loan as of December 15, 2024.

Out off the Uganda contact from the World Federal Movement, Commodity trading in oil and metals got attention, connecting it with Ugandan Ministries and international buyers and investors. December 2014 it seemed to have potential.

6. WFBN Emile became WFBN member in 2011 and at the annual member council Emile was elected as Treasurer for two years. There were many problems in the organization and commitment to solve them. Emile re-evaluated to the annual reports from 2005 till 2015 and became also treasure of the WFBN

Assets management foundation. The WFM council was held with 26 countries in The Netherlands. Many new contact were made.

7. Commons Cluster From 2009 Emile was global communication director of the Commons Cluster for the U.N. Started small, it became monthly activity with Skype meeting, UN NY delegations, NY Office, Vision papers, and monthly reach-outs to the top of global organizations and country leaders. It felt as if we were building a new future, knowing that the outcome would not be good enough to solve the global problem if governments would not give space and priority to the new plans.
