The structure for the reflection should be determined by the teacher with approval from the principal. Includes: Evidence of the Five Steps of Effective Learning Evidence of cluster learning and its impact on student achievement (i.e.

strategy implementation, proficiency groups, etc.) Evidence of teacher learning and its impact on student achievement (i.e.

refinement area, personal area of growth, collaboration/support from Leadership Team member(s) etc.)

Assemble TAP Notebook to include Responsibilities Survey, TAP Rubrics, Standards, Lesson Plans, Pacing Guides Artifacts, Reflections, etc. Write at least one reflection.

Bring completed notebook with the above-mentioned items. We will discuss last reflection entry. Continue using exit slip strategy and bring student results.
