Worx Home 10.3.9

Worx Home for iOS crashes during high activity, such as frequently switching between MyApps

and WorxStore, or starting two or three apps back-to-back. [#640393]

In Worx Home for Android, when certificate-based authentication is required, when users sign

out of Worx Home or Worx Home times out and closes, and then users open an MDX app, the

icon appears but the app stops responding. [CXM-12612]

In Worx Home for Android, when certificate pinning and a trusted certificate are required, when

users enter their credentials, Worx Home stops responding. [CXM-12764]

In Worx Home for Android, when users open an MDX app and enter their credentials, after

signing off of Worx Home, when users try to open an app, they should be prompted again for

their credentials. Instead, Worx Home opens and the My apps screen appears. [CXM-13471]

In Worx Home for iOS, after updating Worx Home to version 10.3.8.4, occasionally when users

try to open WorxWeb, Worx Home crashes. [CXM-13061]

In Worx Home for iOS, when users open an MDX app from Worx Home after the maximum

offline period expires, an authentication loop occurs. [CXM-13467]

In Worx Home for Android, when two-factor authentication is configured, when users open an

MDX app and enter a VIP token, the MDX app should open. Instead, users are prompted to

authentication through Worx Home. [CXM-13479]

Worx Home 10.3.8

Worx Home for iOS crashes during high activity, such as frequently switching between MyApps

and WorxStore, or starting two or three apps back-to-back. [#640393]

After upgrading Worx Home from version 10.2 to 10.3.6, users can't log in and access the app.

[#649376]

When certificate pinning is enabled, Worx Home can intermittently crash during app

enumeration. [CXM-12125]

Worx Home 10.3.6

When you set the Inactivity Timer client property in the XenMobile console to 1440 (24 hours),

users with iPhones are prompted for their Worx PIN when opening Worx apps or Worx Home

after 2-3 hours of inactivity. [#596793]

In earlier releases, when users changed their Active Directory passwords, they had to tap

Having Trouble in Worx Home to change their password. This fix improves the user experience

by prompting users to simply enter their new password. [#609064]

On Android, logs that Worx Home generated for the TouchDown app included sensitive

information that should not be included with logs. [#625292]

On Samsung S7 devices, when users uninstall an app from MyApps view, a confirmation

message does not appear. [#628934]

Occasionally, while users are creating a Worx PIN, if Worx Home fails, when users reopen an

app, they are prompted to reenroll. [#634142]

When users enroll in Worx Home with their user name and one-time PIN and you use a

certificate for authentication, when they update Worx Home from 10.3 to 10.3.1 or from 10.3.1 to

10.3.5, they might be prompted to reenroll. [#637478]

WiFi policies for some Android M devices are showing as failed in the XenMobile console, even

though the device has received the policies. [#619149]

After users update Worx Home for Android to version 10.3.5 through the WorxStore rather than

from Google Play, the update succeeds, but the icon keeps spinning in the My Apps list.

[#640900]

This fix addresses a security vulnerability. For more information, see security bulletin

http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX214006.

Worx Home for Android 10.3.7

If XenMobile is configured to push a WiFi device policy to an Android device, after a user enrolls

with XenMobile and then taps OK to install a certificate, Worx Home crashes. [#648552]

Worx Home 10.3.5

On Samsung devices, if users have any combination of WorxMail or WorxWeb or WorxNotes

installed, every time they open a file from the file explorer, they are prompted to select an app to

open the file. This prompt appears even after users specify a default app for opening that type

of file. [#589945]

In Android, when a scheduling policy is set for Worx Home, most devices in a deployment

reconnect at the same time, causing a CPU overload. [#606497]

In some XenMobile deployments, performing a selective wipe from the XenMobile console did

not completely delete the MAM data from the device. [#634155]

If you leave the Store name field blank on the XenMobile server, Worx Home crashes. [#617848]

When users install apps from the WorxStore, or the apps are pushed by the server, installation

takes a few minutes to complete and users see a spinner until the download starts. [624604]

Launching HDX apps from Worx Home for iOS sometimes fails with the error "HdxSdkSession

Status Is: Engine is Not Loaded". [#625603]

If users sign off of Worx Home while their device is disconnected from the network, their

NetScaler Gateway AAA sessions remain active until the session inactivity timeout expires.

Depending on the timeout period configured in NetScaler this could result in excessive license

utilization, requiring administrators to either install more licenses or manually terminate users'

sessions. [#627795]

For Android phones, when users select an app inside the WorxStore and browse through the

screenshots, a UI issue prevents from them from swiping the screenshot list to the left. Swiping

screenshots to the right works. [#629668]

When connecting to WorxStore (XenMobile 10.1) from devices with the system language set to

a non-English language, these UI items are not translated: The All and Categories tabs and the

Details links (labelled "undefined") in the apps list page; the apps details page. Those are

display issues only and the UI items work. To work around this issue, upgrade your XenMobile

server to 10.3 or 10.3.5. [#629924]

In a certificate-only authentication set-up, a user can't create a new Worx PIN after it expires for

iOS. [#631157]

WorxMail 10.3.9

In WorxMail, users cannot open files into older versions of ShareFile. [#650879]

In WorxMail, users cannot create a GoToMeeting with a subject line longer than 100 characters.

Instead, the subject line should truncate. [#649741]

In WorxMail, when an attachment size exceeds the maximum limit, the mail stays in the Outbox,

but no status appears to users. Instead, users should see an exclamation mark icon that, when

tapped, shows the relevant error message. [#643465]

In WorxMail for iOS, after users update their password, ActiveSync credentials update, but

Exchange Web Services continues to use the old password. As a result, authentication fails

when you try to renew the APNs subscription and eventually, depending on the security policies,

the account is locked. [#635634]

In WorxMail for Android, when certificate-based authentication is configured, after a 401 error

occurs, users are prompted to enter a password, in error. [#642787]

In WorxMail for iOS, when users create a meeting with a single space between the phone

number and password and the tap Dial-In, nothing happens. [#647568]

In WorxMail for Android, occasionally an error appears indicating that access to the company

network is unavailable. [#640183]

In WorxMail for Android, in an environment configured for Kerberos Constrained Delegation,

when users send or receive an email with an attachment, they cannot download the attachment.

[#652025]

In WorxMail for Android, in an environment configured for Kerberos Constrained Delegation,

when users try to connect to WorxMail, an error appears stating that access to the company

network is unavailable. [#645504]

WorxMail 10.3.8

If your environment doesn't use certificate authentication and a user is disabled in ActiveSync,

WorxMail for iOS displays the message "Invalid Certificate. You need a valid certificate to use

this app". [#606924]

TLS 1.1 and 1.2 protocols are not supported on Android 4.4.2 devices for WorxMail

authentication and data traffic. [#633089]

If a user's outbox includes a large attachment because it exceeds the Exchange server limit for

outbound attachments, WorxMail for Android uses a large amount of cellular data over a short

period of time. [#644054]

WorxMail for Android cannot connect to the IBM Notes Traveler server. [#644883]

APNs resubscription requests might fail. [#648266]

WorxMail 10.3.6

In Android, when users edit a Skype meeting in WorxMail, the links in the body of the

meeting work as expected. But when the same meeting is opened in Outlook, the meeting link

no longer works. [#604579]

In WorxMail for Android, when users open a mail with an image and zoom in on the image,

WorxMail automatically adjusts the appearance of the image making the content hard to read.

[#619606]

In WorxMail for iOS, message notifications are based on an incorrect message item, causing

some missed notifications. [#619921]

In WorxMail for Android, when a user sends an event series from Outlook and the recipients

accept the series from WorxMail, if the user modifies the event occurrence in Outlook, after the

recipient accepts the change, the event remains as a pending event in the recipients' WorxMail

calendar. [#623063]

Contacts in WorxMail 10.2 on Android devices are not synchronized successfully in WorxMail

after you upgrade the app to version 10.3.5. As a result, when the device receives a call from

the exported contact, the contact number should resolve to the contact name. Instead, the

contact number appears rather than the contact name. The issue occurs only with contacts from

WorxMamil 10.2. Contacts that users create in WorxMail 10.3.5 appear as expected. [#626851]

In WorxMail for iOS, users cannot book a meeting room when the display name of the room in

Active Directory contains a colon (:). An error does not appear in WorxMail, but users receive an

undeliverable mail notification from Exchange Server. [#632361]

Page 6: Worx Mobile Apps - Citrix.com Worx Home for Android, when certificate-based authentication is required, when users sign out of Worx Home or Worx Home times out and closes, and then

When you leave the WorxMail Exchange Server field empty in the MDX policy settings and you

enter a user domain, when users with Android devices set up WorxMail manually, the domain

field is empty but users cannot edit the field, and the server field contains the domain and users

can edit the field. [#641595]

Some emails formatted in HTML that appear correctly in native iOS mail do not render correctly

in WorxMail for iOS. [#642546]

In WorxMail, when you create a WebEx meeting in the Calendar with a 10-digit meeting number,

the code is not dialed automatically. [#645385]

Transparent file encryption is now supported on the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 and Huawei Mate 8

devices. [#636769]

WorxMail 10.3.5

When a WorxMail for Android contact is exported to the device and the device receives a call

from the exported contact, the contact number should resolve to the contact name. Instead, the

contact number appears rather than the contact name. [#593829]

In WorxMail for iOS, duplicate contacts are created when WorxMail is re-installed or when Sync

with Local Contacts is turned off and then turned on. [#597549]

In Android, when users edit a Skype meeting in WorxMail, the links in the body of the meeting

work as expected. But, when the same meeting is opened in Outlook, the meeting link no longer

works. [#604579]

In the same meeting is opened in Outlook, the meeting link no longer works. [#604579]

WorxMail ActiveSync autodiscovery is supported for Office 365. [#619270]

On Samsung devices, in WorxMail for Android, recurring meeting dates when the invitees are in

different time zones are off by approximately 1 hour between the native mail calendar and the

WorxMail calendar. This is a third-party issue. [#620237]

On iOS, when displaying an email sent with a background color, WorxMail does not render the

background color. [#624225]

In WorxMail for Android, the Korean translation for “VIP” is incorrect. [#628913]

After upgrading to Worx Home 10.3, users can't access WorxMail for iOS because Worx PIN

and sign-on prompts repeatedly appear. [#626073]

For meetings created in Lotus Notes, the time zone information sent by ActiveSync isn't precise

enough to infer the time zone where the meeting was created. As a result, daylight savings time

isn't applied to those meetings and they are off by 1 hour. [#626064]

If the Unknown sources security setting on an Android device isn't enabled (which is the default)

and the device is enrolled for MDM, when a user downloads an app from WorxStore and then

Page 7: Worx Mobile Apps - Citrix.com Worx Home for Android, when certificate-based authentication is required, when users sign out of Worx Home or Worx Home times out and closes, and then

responds to the prompt to enable the unknown sources setting, the user must download the app

from WorxStore a second time. [#626181]

In iOS, if users navigate to Settings to turn on signing/encryption, they're given no option to

return to WorxMail. [#626838]

An iOS user can access WorxMail for iOS even when not signed on to Worx Home. [#626850]

WorxMail sync stops when users delete more than 200 mails from the Draft folder while using

Exchange 2013. [#630461]

WorxMail for iOS doesn’t open Worx Home for authentication in languages other than English

because the alert message "You can use your app once Worx Home starts" (which was new in

10.3.1) was not localized. [#634370]

WorxNotes 10.3.6

On Huawei P8 Android 5.0.1 devices, users are not able to send notes from WorxNotes with

WorxMail. [#628570]

WorxNotes 10.3.5

When a new folder or notebook is created, the title shows only after the user clicks the Done

button. [#619729]

WorxWeb

If users have WorxWeb open in the background and use an unwrapped app that passes data to

WorxWeb, such as Google Chrome, and the device loses Internet connectivity or switches from

WiFi data to cellular data, WorxWeb loses its VPN connection until users open WorxWeb again.

[#632529]

WorxWeb 10.3.6

In iOS, some WorxWeb sign-on pages do not submit, making it impossible for users to sign on

successfully. [#597085]

WorxWeb for Android occasionally does not send the correct User-Agent inside of the HTTP

header, which causes traffic to not comply with some NetScaler traffic rules. [#628626]

WorxWeb for iOS does not allow users to download links that contain PDFs in certain cases. No

download option appears. [#630236]

In WorxWeb for iOS, when users open a URL that contains a PDF file, the Open in option does

not appear even though the MDX policy allows unrestricted Document exchange (Open In).

[#630643]

Page 8: Worx Mobile Apps - Citrix.com Worx Home for Android, when certificate-based authentication is required, when users sign out of Worx Home or Worx Home times out and closes, and then

In WorxWeb for iOS, users cannot download an encrypted .xlsx file from an in-house managed

app. When users try to open the file through the Open In option, the option to use the in-house

app does not appear. [#632668]

In WorxWeb for Android, when users search for a URL that contains a backslash (\), the web

page does not load. [#640512]

WorxWeb 10.3.5

In WorxWeb for iOS, some links for intranet sites using jQuery do not open. [#605503]

If a user enters a URL that contains the characters "%20", the server isn't found. [#610367]

In WorxWeb for iOS, downloaded files have incorrect extensions because they use the

extensions mentioned in the URLs instead determining the extensions based on content type.

[#614037]

In WorxWeb for iOS, when users turn off the block pop-up setting, some websites that contain

JavaScript do not work correctly. [#617612]

In WorxWeb, when links open in a new tab, they are prompted to enter their credentials again;

instead, single sign-on (SSO) should users logged in. As a work around, users can enable the

Block Pop-ups setting in WorxWeb to force links to open in the same tab. [#618831]

In WorxWeb for iOS, when a user edits a PDF document embedded in a website, the keyboard

doesn't send text into text fields. [#619705]

In Android, when the user clicks on a Google Maps URL, the location opens within WorxWeb

instead of giving the user the option to open the URL in Google Maps. [#622507]

Worx Home for Android, Version 10.3

On Android and iOS devices, when users switch between WiFi networks, more than one user

session is created on NetScaler Gateway for the same user. As a result, more than one license

per device is consumed on NetScaler Gateway and the licenses may also expire prematurely.

[#510249, #529901]

On Android devices, even when you remove the location service device policy, geo-fencing

occurs on the device. [#527587]

Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 devices might fail to load Worx Store, displaying errors stating that the

store URL cannot be loaded, apps cannot be retrieved from the store, or no apps were found in

the store. [#575536]

On some Android HTC One (M8) and HTC One (M9) devices running Android 5.x.x and 6.x.,

when users try to enroll, Worx Home crashes.

On Android devices, when users enroll in Worx Home, the License agreement appears, but

Worx Home covers the window. [#585394]

Page 9: Worx Mobile Apps - Citrix.com Worx Home for Android, when certificate-based authentication is required, when users sign out of Worx Home or Worx Home times out and closes, and then

On Android M devices, when users sign off and then sign on to Worx Home, a certificate error

occurs. When users click Install in the notification, nothing happens. When users click Cancel a

few times, they can access Worx Home and the Worx Store. [#599766]

When enrolling in XenMobile in MAM mode on an Android device via auto-discovery enrollment

in UPN mode, users must enter their UPN twice. Instead, the user name field should be

prepopulated. [#608875]

When you set the inactivity timer client property to zero in order to disable the timer and require

a PIN or password only when an app starts, the setting is not enforced. Instead, when the

device is idle for about 24 hours, users are prompted for their network password even though

NetScaler authentication session has not expired, in the following cases:

Opening the WorxStore. Opening apps from My Apps. [#621563]

When you update Worx Home to version 10.3 and XenMobile is allowing connections only with

TLS 1.2, the following issues may occur:

Enrolled users cannot open Worx Home. New users cannot enroll.

Instead, the error message "Access to your company network is not available,"

appears. [#622100]

Worx Home for iOS, Version 10.3

On Android and iOS devices, when users switch between WiFi networks, more than one user

session is created on NetScaler Gateway for the same user. As a result, more than one license

per device is consumed on NetScaler Gateway and the licenses may also expire prematurely.

[#510249, #529901]

When users open WorxMail on iOS devices, the first email message in a list is selected and

therefore, the message is automatically marked as Read. [#588177]

When you have client certificate authentication configured, on iOS devices, after the MDM

certificate installs successfully, enrollment eventually fails. At that time, users are prompted for

their credentials again. [#613082]

When customers use non-domain passwords for authentication to NetScaler Gateway together

with a StoreFront authentication service, when users enroll in Worx Home on iOS devices and

are prompted for their credentials, authentication fails. [#610372]

WorxMail for Android, Version 10.3

On Android devices, when client certificate authentication is configured, after updating from

Worx Home 10.0.8 to 10.2, WorxMail does not work.[#598126]

Page 10: Worx Mobile Apps - Citrix.com Worx Home for Android, when certificate-based authentication is required, when users sign out of Worx Home or Worx Home times out and closes, and then

On Android devices, WorxMail 10.2 mail continues to sync even when the email sync feature is

turned off. [#599481]

WorxMail for Android, Version 10.2, might fail to correctly display HTML links in emails.

[#601112]

On Android devices running version 4.1, after users install WorxMail 10.2, when they try to open

the app, the following error appears: This application is no longer registered on Worx Home.

[#602745]

WorxMail for iOS Version 10.3

When .txt attachments are sent and received using WorxMail, Japanese and Simplified Chinese

characters in these attachments can appear garbled. [#492977]

In WorxMail for iOS, for accounts with multiple SMTP addresses, when users reply all to an

email message, they are being copied on the mail. [#543996]

In WorxMail for iOS, in order to forward an attachment, users must download the attachment

first. If not, an error occurs that states "attachments not sent."[#562556]

When users open WorxMail on iOS devices, the first email message in a list is selected and

therefore, the message is automatically marked as Read. [#588177]

In WorxMail for iOS, when users upgrade the Webex app, the meeting body of the Webex

meeting is altered and issues occur with the Join Meeting button and other features. [#592579]

When viewing emails in any device that has a reading pane such as iPad, the focus on the

email might change to the most recent email without the user's intervention. As a result, even

though the email is not read by the user, the "read" status changes to "true." [#593105]

Duplicate characters might be added to the subject line when WorxMail 10.2 is configured in

Japanese and user use the reply to or forward email options. [#594105]

When WorxTasks and WorxMail are installed on the same iOS device, unexpected syncing and

resyncing can occur on WorkMail, resulting in errors. This can happen because WorxTasks and

WorxMail are using the same sync key.

[#596527]

On iOS 7 iPhones, when users create a new email in WorxMail, when they try to attach an

existing photo, WorxMail crashes. Likewise, when users enable synchronizing with a local

contact in Settings on the iPhone, when a dialog box opens to allow access to the local contact

app of the iPhone, WorxMail stops responding. In both cases, users must restart their phones.

[#600826]

When a delegated user responds to a meeting invite, WorxMail crashes. [#606279]

When users are in the Santiago, Chile time zone and create an event in WorxMail for iOS, the

event is not synchronized. [#612269]

WorxNotes for Android, Version 10.3

In WorxNotes for iOS, when you create a new note and attach a photo, after you close and

reopen WorxNotes, the photo is missing from the note. As a workaround, you can tap the back

button in the note and then reselect the note before you close the app. [#614480]

WorxWeb for Android, Version 10.3

On Android 5 devices, in secure browse mode, WorxWeb returns an

"ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" error. [#562667]

WorxWeb for iOS, Version 10.3

When opening weblinks in WorxWeb on iOS devices from an internal site, a 404 error occurs.

[#579914]

In WorxWeb for iOS, when users try to log on to an internal website, a new tab opens instead of

allowing users to log on. [#585006]

In WorxWeb for iOS devices, Worxweb modifies a cookie and non-RFC compliant formatting

occurs. As a consequence, 404 errors occur when users try to view websites in WorxWeb.

[#595215]

With the policy, Network Access=Tunneled to Internal and Preferred VPN Mode=Secure

Browse enabled, attempts in WorxWeb for iOS to open a PDF file located on an intranet can fail.

The issue occurs when the filename of the PDF contains blank spaces. With this fix, the spaces

in the URL are encoded properly so that the file opens successfully.

[#597009]

In iOS, links to files that open in new windows don't open because WorxWeb replaces

parentheses in the file's name with "%28" and "%29". [#604044]

Worx Home for Android, Version 10.2

Users receive the error message "This managed application is no longer registered with Worx

Home" when starting Worx apps.

[#532192]

Remote Support does not enumerate Samsung devices over 3G connections.

[#534313]

When users open Worx Home and sign on, Worx Home fails with the error message

"Unfortunately, Worx Home has stopped.” This occurs after adding a PDF to XenMobile and

when Worx Home attempts to download the file.

[#556957]

On an Android device, attempts to open wrapped apps outside of Worx Home fail. The error

logs show a message "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" or similar, depending on the wrapped

app.

[#561898]

After changing the Active Directory password, a message appears from Worx Home that users

are signed out. When users attempt to sign on again, the message "Worx Home could not

connect" appears.

[#567861]

Opening a customized Android app shows an error when invoking sendOrderedBroadcast().

[#579639]

Android HTC devices show two different ActiveSync device IDs in XenMobile, which causes

email access to fail.

[#581127]

If using Chrome Autofill in Worx Home or WorxMail, Autofill adds a blank space at the end of the

user name, which can cause invalid credential errors.

[#582187]

When enrolling an Android device, Touchdown takes control of the foreground before users can

enter their Worx PIN.

[#582564]

On Android devices, when users sign on to Worx Home, when the session times out and users

sign on again, Worx Home prompts users to install a certificate, but nothing happens when they

click Install. [#599766]

Worx Home for iOS, Version 10.2

If any Worx apps are open during the upgrade of Worx Home for iOS, users can no longer sign

on after the upgrade. To work around this issue, users either must close apps before upgrading

Worx Home or re-enroll after the upgrade. This issue affects upgrades to Worx Home 10.0.3

through 10.0.8.

[#549570]

When searching for Outlook contacts to add to a new email in WorxMail for iOS, the search

result shows the exact spelling of the search request. For example, if the search text contains

an accent, such as García, only those results appear in the list. If the name does not contain an
