Welcome to Worship!
Open the eyes of my heart, Lord
Open the eyes of my heart, I want to see you, I want to
see you.
To see you high and lifted upShining in the light of Your
gloryPour out Your power and love
As we sing holy, holy, holy.
Holy, holy, holy. Holy, holy, holy.
I want to see You.
It’s the song of the redeemedRising from the African plainIt’s the song of the forgiven
Drowning out the Amazon rainThe song of Asian believersFilled with God’s holy fire
It’s every tribe, every tongue, every nationA love song born of a grateful choir
It’s all God’s children singingGlory, glory, hallelujah
He reigns, He reignsIt’s all God’s children singing
Glory, glory, hallelujahHe reigns, He reigns
Let it rise about the four windsCaught up in the heavenly sound
Let praises echo from the towers of cathedrals
To the faithful gathered undergroundOf all the songs sung
from the dawn of creationSome were meant to persist
Of all the bells rung from a thousand steeplesNone rings truer than this
It’s all God’s children singingGlory, glory, hallelujah
He reigns, He reignsIt’s all God’s children singing
Glory, glory, hallelujahHe reigns, He reigns
And all the powers of darknessTremble at what they’ve just heard‘Cause all the powers of darkness
Can’t drown out a single word
When all God’s children sing outGlory, glory, hallelujah
He reigns, He reignsAll God’s people singingGlory, glory, hallelujah
He reigns, He reigns
It’s all God’s children singingGlory, glory, hallelujah
He reigns, He reignsAnd all God’s children sing out
Glory, glory, hallelujahHe reigns
God Comes to us in His Word
Isaiah 49:1-7 p. 511,512John 9 p. 744,745
Train, train number nine, going down Chicago line
If the train falls off the track, do you want your money back
Yes… or noOnly seems like yesterday,
school let out the month of MaySummer fun had finally come,
dancing underneath the sunDo you remember when, do you remember when?
Summer feels like when I was young, and the time to play had finally come
Oh it could never endBut as Autumn leaves begin to change
and nothing seems to be the sameThe little child remainsThe child in me remains
Bubble gum, bubble gum, pieces in a dish of fun
Wishing I had been the one, to finally be set free
But I’ve been caught againThe end of summer chases us,
we can never get enoughLooking to the distant past, time is moving way to fast
Where did it go, where did it go?
Summer feels like when I was young, and the time to play had finally come
Oh it could never endBut as Autumn leaves begin to change
and nothing seems to be the sameThe little child remainsThe child in me remains
The person that I used to be, is sitting right in front of meI look into the child’s face,
wondering if he’d take my placeCause then we’d both be free
It looks like time is catching me, I’m older than I ought to be
I thought that I was finally free, but yet I still believe
The heart of a child remains, the child in me remains
The crying child in my daddy’s arms, a mother’s love that heals the harms
Time is more than memoriesBut as seasons change and life moves
on, I’m alive and I sing this songBecause the child in me remains
The child in me remains
All my life I’ve tried to find, the peace I thought I left behindThen in my Savior’s arms I find –
the Child in me remainsThis child of God remains.
“Who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”
“This happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life.”
“Then the man said, ‘Lord, I believe,’
and he worshiped him.”
Make an Easter difference!
Now is the time to share the greatness of God!

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, for the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and forever. Amen.
The Lord bless you and keep you!
The Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you!
The Lord look on you with favor and give you peace!
