Rom 8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”

Gal 4:6 And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!”

God's name is a reflection of who he is.

Worshiping the True God

OT:  a name was not only identification, but an identity as well.

Throughout Scripture God reveals Himself to us through His names. When we study these names that He reveals to us in the Bible, we will better understand who God really is.

Hallowing: to set a thing apart to be exalted as being worthy of devotion.

Worshiping the True God

Not to make him holy but to regard him as holy.
