Hello h!, Upon completion of the WBG Analyst Program you could indeed apply to the YPP too.

However, note that you would have gone through a similar development curriculum so the benets would not beas g reat.

Also, at the end of the WBG Analyst Program if you came with a master's degree you could potentially meet theeligibility criteria to apply to an officer's p osition which is t he level Young Professionals are recruited.

Hi Alvira, the operations stream which includes the World Bank operations (Global Practices and Cross-CuttingSolutions Areas), IFC operations a nd MIGA operations require a master only. The only streams a cceptingbachelors de gree are the IT's and Finance's one but you would need to have the right major.

The question to the Analysts. After passing the online tests, did you just wait to be contacted directly by the HRteam when the business need for an analyst appeared or did you have to take a more proactive approach andlook for op portunities yourself?
