When we heal this, it feels like the a gracious ability to receive love and gifts from others.

The world savior syndrome is anger, aggression, and war. We justify this by thinking weare saving something or somebody. Or just because we feel we have to express ourfeelings. It is ok if we hurt the feelings or bodies of other people.

The easiest way to heal the world savior syndrome is to remember the Divine Mother. TheDivine Mother is the source of the mind as well as the source of the form itself themanifestation. The mind supplies the information for the energy to make the form, thenthe energy creates the form and maintains the form with its infinite and eternal power. Themind can think it is separate from the energy, but it is always the energy thinking.

The world savior syndrome is the masculine quality of God. The feminine principle of Godis the energy and form. The neglect of the feminine is the ninth biggie of human trauma.Getting the feminine right has a tendency to automatically heal the masculine. Healing theninth biggie can heal the tenth biggie.

I just came across this week an interesting group of immortals in the Buddhist tradition.

They live in Berma. They teach a method of sitting or standing in roaring flames thattotally surround their body for 24 hours. They believe that for each 24 hours that they dothis gives them another 1,000 years of life.

One of the members of this group is over 2,000 years old and he did it for 5 days, becausehe believes that Buddha will return in the year 5,000 and so he plans to be here for theBuddhas return in 3,000 more years. He loves Buddha.

This group teaches people how to do this yoga with three years of training. I guess wecould call it a PhD in fire.

What an exciting group of immortals! Would you like to visit them? They have a veryadvanced spiritual community. Their website in spain is www.Trikaya.Es . They have abook out in english, I think, called - Wonders of Mehegon Village by Saya KunsalKassapa. I am looking forward to reading this book. As I looked thru the pictures in thebook, I can see that they have their fire trip together. I wonder how they work with theother elements and if they are in balance. There are hundreds of immortal Buddhists andhundreds more between the ages of 200 and 600. You cannot be aware of this until yourmind is open to it.

There are hundreds of immortal Buddhists in other groups and countries that I am awareof and hundreds more between the ages of 200 and 700. We cannot be aware of them

until we open our minds to the possibility of this reality.

The Rebirthing movement teaches a somewhat easier method of total mastery andhealing. And physical immortality. It is spiritual enlightenment, spiritual purification, andspiritual community. One year seminars are springing up all over the world to teach andcreate spiritual communities on these ideas.

I have shared the idea of physical immortality with millions of people, but I cant makeanyone immortal or save anyone. I have a hard enough time saving myself. Everyonehas to achieve physical immortality with their own efforts. I healed the unconscious deathurge I learned from my parents in 1967. It took 6 months of full time effort with affirmations

and emotional healing. After giving Rebirthing Breathwork to a few hundred thousandpeople along with the idea of physical immortality, I burned out and became non-functional.

I realized that I had relearned the death urge from my students and it was ten times as badand heavy as the one I learned from my parents. It took me a year of solitude and firepurification to heal myself. This was in 1981. I discovered the healing power and thespiritual power of fire then and this enabled me to create the 9 Day Training in spiritualpurification to teach the healing power of all the elements mind, earth, air, water, fire, andspiritual community. This works. This training and practice has enabled me to work most

of the time with boundless energy, peace even bliss, and effectiveness. I am verythankful that you have supported these trainings.

When I realized that belief in physical immortality was not enough to save us, I decided notto trust anyone who taught it unless they were at least 300 years in the same body. Sincethen I have been an immortal hunter. I have met over 8 people in this distinguished class,but I still dont qualify to teach it. I am not yet a qualified authority and teacher.Remember the idea of teaching by example? Living abundantly for hundreds orthousands of years is the only way we can teach this by example. 300 years is just a goodstart.

However, I do teach and practice what I have learned from these immortals. We all haveto make it to 300 together. And it is getting easier and easier due to the many supportsystems being built into our civilization by Babaji working behind the scenes. We alsohave an increasing number of immortals to learn from.

Jesus gave billions of people access to the words eternal life. It is very clear from histeachings and example that it included the body. How many Christians have masteredthese words? Words are just the beginning. Building words into reality takes as long as ittakes. Words easily disappear into memory. The beautiful thing about physical reality isthat it stays there when we are no longer thinking about it. The physical universe hastremendous integrity. Things made of steel are very dependable whether in our house,

car, kitchen, or work. Our body is far more dependable than our mind. Even when thewords physical immortality are in our memory, our vocabulary, they help a little. They getus thinking in this direction.

Mastering the ability to materialize and de-materialize our words is one of the great goalsof spiritual evolution. This is real mastery. The beginning of this is learning to control ourthoughts and feelings. Choosing high quality thoughts is a good idea.

Spiritual community is so important. Spiritual community can free us from our illusions andour negative thinking and speech patterns. Breathworkers and other healers have atendency to isolate themselves and then drown in the mud of emotional energy pollution.

It is increasingly difficult to save ourselves when we dont give ourselves the support ofspiritual community. Environment is stronger than will power. We may not like to acceptthis, but the truth is obvious. If we do have will power, we will be smart enough to use it tobuild a spiritual support community for ourselves or move or join one that is alreadyworking. We have to be surrounded by people doing spiritual purification practices on adaily basis.

There is nothing like being supported by high quality, successful, creative, loving, brilliant,and self sufficient people and having thousands of these kinds of friends that are doingspiritual purification practices on a daily basis. Community without the basic spiritualpurification practices is just another drain another source of eep. The Christian church

has almost disappeared in most european countries and is shrinking fast in the UnitedStates. It is being replaced by banks the religion of money. Death and taxes are parts ofthe same religion.

There is at least one young couple who became breatharians, for about three years. Theylived without food or water. Then, they got pregnant. The mother continued to go withoutfood or water all during pregnancy. The baby is very healthy and has lived without food orwater for several months. This is amazing. These are the special inspirations we receiveand learn about when we participate in spiritual community. We are inspired to achievemore excellence in our daily life by the brilliant people in the world and with whom we meet

with and enjoy being with on a regular basis.

I heard that one couple who did this have done rebirthing and would like to meet me. Isure would like to meet them, hopefully, next year. I have met several breathariansalready, but meeting a breatharian baby is something special.

Community based on one spiritual practice is good like meditation. Community basedon two practices meditation and breathing is better. But it takes a community of peoplewho are each working daily with mind, earth, air, water, fire, and love to really feel good.When people are doing enough spiritual purification we can feel it. Meeting with peoplewho have a clean and balanced energy body is the ultimate pleasure and power.

Harmony is strength. Spiritual family is a group mind that has power the power to healus and the power to accomplish things in the physical universe and in society.

It is an intelligent thing to give ourselves this kind of support.

I have noticed that rebirthers who participate in the Annual Rebirthers Convention have ahigher rate of success and longevity. Spiritual community really works. And members ofOne Year Seminars have more success and fun in their lives. Even business studies tellus if we double our friends, we also double our income. This is not because our friendsare a direct source of income, but they stimulate our creativity, self esteem, and feelings ofwell being.

Spiritual community itself, is a continuous source of spiritual purification, of healing, and ofjoy. The joy of life and a high quality of life is an ultimate good.

Breathworkers who participate or create One Year Seminars and weekly support groupsusually have a never ending supply of clients.

If you arent in this place now, I recommend that you attend a Rebirthers Convention assoon as possible to catch the spirit of it. Operating at a high level of success becomesrelatively effortless after a while, or at least fun and very satisfying.

There is a lot more to the world savior syndrome, like pride, arrogance, lack, sibling rivalry.

Did you ever notice that all world saviors dont like to see any other world saviors to savethe world before they do? They dont like to share the credit? World saviors dont likecompetition.

These kinds of world saviors want to be the only one and get all the credit.

They desire to save you and then have you worship them forever. Sound familiar?

The world savior syndrome in the tenth biggie of human trauma. It is a source of trauma

that we usually create in ourselves. It naturally comes out of the fact that we havent fullyintegrated our divine nature into our self concept and achieved a balanced self esteem.

Since we are God, we all desire to be worshiped. We tend to forget that everyone else isalso God and likes to be worshiped also.

The only difference between one person and another is the quality of our thoughts and afew body shapes.

It seems to take several successful relationships to achieve this balance. In true spiritualcommunity, we fall in love and worship every other member of the community. Genuinespiritual family is based on truth, simplicity, and love.

Denying our Godhood is also a form of the world savior syndrome. This is an attempt toachieve the impossible. We are divine by nature. We are all the offspring of God. Todeny this is an inverted attempt to make ourselves better than others with a pervertedclaim to more humility than others.

The truth is that energy becomes what it thinks about. Our thoughts create our reality.Or, our thoughts create our feelings and our feelings create our reality. Feelings are justpure energy plus information. The quality of the information determines the quality of the

feeling and what it creates in the real world.

Simplicity is oneness. We are all one. We are all a part of the same infinite, eternalbeing. Simplicity is the space between our thoughts. We are individual thinking centers inthis one being. We each are our personal collection of information and energy, andabilities. Unity and separation are great mysteries. They are a paradox of existence.They are the secrets of manifestation and transformation. Our personal existence isdependent upon one thought being separate from another, or one thinking center beingseparate from another. Then we become a particular thought collection.

And love means self approval that gives us the patience to approve of everyone else.

Every one else is saving us also. We are all creating this reality together.

Reality is a complex. It is a group of factors that create our existence through ourrelationships. The universe is a relationship infinite relationships in infinite being.

The body is not just one thing in empty space, it is dependent upon all of its parts. Thearms, legs, hair, nails, tongue, digestive system, and circulatory system are all necessaryto create that unity that we call a body. And our body is dependent on the entire universe.Our body is dependent upon air and gravity for a meaningful separate existence. Ourpersonal body is marvelous and beautiful. Who controls it? Certainly it is not the rationalmind on a daily basis. But the rational mind controls what our bodies do every day and it

can enter into the body at any point and facilitate repairs or cause problems. We can dothis directly with affirmations which are just wholesome thoughts, or by taking care aboutwhat we eat, doing proper exercise, conscious breathing, bathing, fire, etc. Our rationalmind can decide what feelings to create and destroy. It is a good idea to love our bodiesand be thankful for this wonderful gift from the author of the universe. The entire universehas been designed to support our body in comfort and pleasure. The resources areavailable for perfection.

Our body is a fantastic healing organism. It is intimately connected to God. Maybe Godhas a personal interest in perfecting our body. It sure seems like it to me. And each cellhas the imprint of my individuality. Of course, since the Divine Mother sustains each cell. It

is hard to get more intimate that this. The body is always in the transcendental state likeour being that space between our thoughts. Our mind is the mediator between thetranscendental state of our being and our transcendental body.

Our mind is the only problem. We have to control our mind.

The emotional mind is our memory. Our memory contains information thoughts andenergy feelings that we sometimes absorbed from others that we didnt fully understandthe effect of. Ruling our memory is an interesting job. Remembering and developing goodthoughts, and banishing bad or useless thoughts is the substance of this job. The goal is

to always have high quality thoughts and pure beautiful feelings. We can do it and inspireothers to do it also.

The emotional mind the subconscious takes care of our bodies when we arent thinkingabout it. We can feed the emotional mind well. Jesus said, man shall not live by breadalone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. he also said, that weface the judgement day everyday with every word that comes out of our mouth. Is ourmouth the mouth of God? We have to be careful what we feed our emotional mind. Wehave to be conscious of the meaning and power of our words.

This is why a mantra is so practical. When ever we dont have a high quality thought, wecan fill the space with Om Namaha Shivaiya.

Biologists say, that the body has a billion thoughts every second. Psychologists say thatwe have 50,000 thoughts per day. This means that the body is over 1000 times smarterthan the mind. So we have to feed the body with high quality thoughts and give it lots oflove and gratitude. The body takes care of the soul, even when the soul is not taking careof itself. Think about this one.

The human body is the highest form of God in the universe.

The goal of One Year Seminars and all forms of spiritual community is to have clearcommunication with others during our meetings. Clear communications with others

clears our emotions and enables us to have love and healing. Spiritual community is verypowerful.

I have been working for 39 years to clear people of the ten biggies of human trauma so wecan have more peace and prosperity in the world with truth, simplicity, and love. I do thebasic spiritual purification practices everyday. For over the last year, I have feltoverwhelmed with too much eep emotional energy pollution. I need a rest. Babajirecently appeared to a friend of mine and told her to tell me to rest more.

So next year I plan to do only one 9 Day Training per month instead of two. It has beenmy goal for two decades to have the breathwork movement support me financially through

gifts again, so I can work more creatively for the movement. For the first decade of themovement this happened spontaneously. Then I went through my five years long senilityprocess, 88 to 93, and for reasons that seem to be built into this process, that abundantfinancial support disappeared. I hope that you have an easier time healing your senilitycourse. I would be nice to have a fund to support Rebirthers through their senility processwhen they become non-functional.

As you read this and think about it, think about sending me a gift in the mail or onlinethrough the website. I like to receive them in the mail the best, it is more fun.

Think about this: the Rebirthing movement is born and has expanded to millions of

people. Maybe now the movement or the people in it are stuck in infancy. And so ishumanity at large. Most people would like someone to take care of them. Most peoplewould like someone else to solve all their personal problems as well as the problems of the

world economic, political, social, emotional, spiritual, physical, etc. I feel thisdependency in my trainees. I process it in the eep.

Perhaps this is why I am asking for your support now. I have absorbed too muchdependency consciousness in my work together with all the rest of the ten biggie traumasand am now overwhelmed with it and now have to be supported by others, until I recover.

I feel pretty non-functional a good part of the time like I did in 1981, when I burned outbefore. Only now in addition to death urge, I feel the infancy feeling of senility and everyother kind of trauma of people that have still unhealed.

Maybe we could use a few more world saviors, actually, we wont have heaven on earthuntil we have at least one world savior on every block. Why not in every body? It hasbeen my goal since the first One Year Seminar in 1974, to work myself out of a job in theself improvement business. I have been creating my own competition as fast as I can. Ifyou become a world savior, I can be less of a workaholic.

Dependency rules in the lives of too many people, I would like it to rule mine next year. Idont like to be a burden, just contribute what gives you joy.

I have been solving these problems and working on these problems with people full timefor 20 years. Actually much longer, but specifically, for the last 20 years, working to get ussuccessfully through 2012. And maybe I wasnt fully equipped to do this work until after Ibecame a senility graduate in 1993. I have been extending myself and maybeoverextending myself because I am totally committed to truth, simplicity, and love.

One of the qualities of love is the willingness to process the negative energy of otherpeople. I have moved a tremendous amount of energy for people during these years.Before 1993, I took a sabbatical every seven years.

Since then I have been working too hard and I now feel burned out. What can I say, I lovemy work. Spiritual work is very satisfying. Now I am ready for a rest. I will focus on rest in2013.

I have accomplished a lot. I am keeping my agreement with Babaji to keep workingthrough 2012. Then I will take a break. And it is a challenge to make it through this year. Iam creating as much rest and spiritual purification as possible in my busy schedule. I amin the middle of a three day fast as I write this. My breathing gets easier and fuller eachday. I have more pleasure in my mind and body each day that I stay away from peopleand practice solitude with the fire, bathing and breathing, and fasting.

I just completed my 3 day fast. I feel better, but not clear yet. The basic spiritualpurification practices dont put me back into top form this year like they used to. I can feelthat it will take as much solitude as it takes. Please assist me in buying this solitude nextyear. This fast was very productive, however. I enjoy the feelings of liberation andfreedom in my body as much as the tastes and pleasures of my favorite foods.

Yesterday, the third day of the fast, I got up a 6 am, due to a nightmare. Then I spent 3 to4 hours breathing in the bathtub. I released so much stuff that when I got out I went intovertigo for 3 or 4 hours. This means that every time I stood up I started to pass out. When

I took time to lay down and concentrate on connected breathing for an hour, I cleared thisand then felt fine the rest of the day.

Eep becomes a part of our ego. It becomes a sub personality that can control our eatinghabits, our sleeping habits, our working habits, and our feeling habits. It can become apart of our identity. So when we release it, we become so confused and dizzy that we feellike passing out. This can happen when we get injected and it can happen when werelease it. We have to consciously regain our balance.

When we are totally clean, there is nothing to do but die, or get dirty again. When we aretotally dirty, there is nothing to do but get clean again. Life is a continual process ofbalance.

The problem with total peace and bliss is that nothing is important to do. It can be viewedas a nonfunctional state and usually is viewed this way in our culture. We have to have atleast 300 worthwhile goals to focus our wonderful energy on when we are in bliss. Whenwe are nonfunctional with eep and depression, we are also useless from a practicalstandpoint. Then we have to focus on spiritual purification until we get back into bliss.

What I am learning is this. My energy body is indestructible. It can even survive death.

But the energy body contains the physical body and when we abuse or overload theenergy body, the physical body manifests symptoms. For example, when I am spendingtime with people with a death urge, I feel like sleeping all the time. Babaji says that sleepis death and death is sleep. The purpose of death is the same as sleep to rest andunlearn. When the soul the energy body, is clean enough again, we wake up. Or afterdeath are reborn as an innocent baby. We have to unlearn enough to have enoughinnocence to qualify to reenter the physical universe. And of course, the normal process ofreentry is a 9 month long bath in the womb. My 3 day fast just was not enough. Creatingmore space between my trainings will work longer spaces of solitude. That spacebetween our thoughts is the ultimate healer. Silence is the ultimate power and the source

of strength and rejuvenation.Silence and solitude brings us into the presence of God in a way that automatically adjustsour whole organic system of cells and senses and organs to wholeness and well being.

When I am with non-breathers, my breathing becomes inhibited, until I do enough spiritualpurification practices to feel free again. We have to learn balance. We have to respectour limits in processing the energy of others. I have been pushing through my limits overand over on the idea that my energy body is indestructible. It is, but my physical body iscomplaining. The 9 Day Training works for me as well as others. It normally keeps me intop form. But I am learning that there are subtle levels of eep that accumulate. And that Irequire longer spaces of rest and solitude and spiritual purification between trainings tosuccessfully clean my energy body so that my physical body feels in top form. The energybody takes care of the physical body when we are not looking. When we dont do enoughspiritual purification, our physical body lets us know this. My body is telling me to take iteasy for awhile.

I notice that eep usually enters through the solar plexus, or if it enters through otherchakras, there is also a corresponding sensation in the solar plexus area. And eep alsoleaves the body through the solar plexus area when we are breathing and working withfire, fasting, etc. Releasing these energy concentrations is what spiritual purification is allabout.

God can fill us with pure divine energy so that all of our cells, senses, and functions of thebody can heal and work perfectly. Our organism can sing the glory of bliss, health, well

being, and our perfect god-self. We can prosper, levitate, teleport, love, be immortal, doeverything. We just have to create the space for these things.

What I have noticed about teaching the 9 Day spiritual purification training since 1981 is,that there is a mathematics to spiritual purification. God has made it easy, but when weexpose ourselves to a certain amount of eep, it takes a certain amount of hours of spiritualpurification to liberate our energy body and feel clean and balanced again. It is happilynot one hour of eep to one hour of spiritual purification. It takes a very little to pleaseShiva, but it does take that little or we are in trouble and start to get physical symptoms if

we dont do enough spiritual purification. When these symptoms begin to happen, thebody is also telling us to take a rest.

The 9 Day Training is an experience in spiritual community and some rich relationshipsthat are formed during it last forever. My 3 week professional training allows moreintimacy and results. My one year full time training gives us an opportunity for lots ofintimacy and fun. And we visit spiritual communities all over the world.

The 1008 Friends Club got resurrected this year. For one price of $3300 plus foodmembers can do as many weeks of training at the Rebirth International Training Center asthey like for a year and also as many spiritual purification retreats as they like.

At the training center, we also like guest trainers coming from all over the world. Somepeople come for a week, a month, or for three months. We especially like it when thesepeople come every year.

I can feel the benefit I am receiving from this three day fast and being with the fire andnoticing how much different my breathing is in the bath. Spiritual purification works. Wejust have to keep doing enough to win the spiritual purification game and keep our cup ofenergy full and overflowing with joy and life energy.

I am in Spain. What I am noticing again as I adjust to the time change is how dangeroussleeping can be. As a result of my exhaustion and the time change, I have been sleeping

too much. It doesnt really help. Several advanced yogis have told me that when we sleepthrough sunrise, we absorb negative mental mass from the mass mind. I notice that whenI try to sleep out my exhaustion, it doesnt work and just makes it worse. I particularlynoticed this today, because Babaji gave me a nightmare designed to get me out of bed at6 am. He does this sometimes and I am so thankful. God is really with us and supportsus more than we realize. If we could love our body and soul even half as much as Goddoes, we could live forever.

Living abundantly does take a little intelligence and eternal life obviously takes eternalawareness. When we keep our energy body and mind clean and balanced, we cancelebrate life forever.

I am rereading volume three of the Shiva Purana for the third time. What a goldmine ofspiritual riches are contained here. I am amazed how much I missed during the first tworeadings. This by far is the best book I have ever read.
