Independent NGO based in Washington D.C., in 1999

World Links Arab Region, was initiated and independent in

2003, one of World Links success stories.

• With an expected $3,000 annual return in a country such as Jordan, for those who gain & sustain life-long learning & higher-level skills.

• A $500,000 contribution would enable us to reach nearly half a million youth across a region.

The 100 Million ScenarioIf 5 counties reach the 100,000 teachers training readiness stage by 2015, it is then possible to reach the 100 Million mark, accumulatively.

Countries like Morocco and Saudi Arabia have 300,000 and 500,000 teachers respectively. Egypt: over a million...

A needs assessment assesses e-status and gathers information about the educational system. Content and Delivery involves the curricula and tools, accompanied by in-class mentoring. The Program ends with an evaluation mechanism, teachers / students competitions, and certification award ceremonies.

World Links Federation

•A successful track record and experience in technology and education. •Served as the initiator of the National ICT Training Strategy at the Ministry of Education in 2003, under a UNDP-UNESCO Contract with the Government of Jordan. This included the launch of ICT literacy programs such as ICDL, e-learning programs such as World Links and Intel-Teach-to-the-Future, as well as Microsoft, Cisco and other technical support programs. •Contributed to many national initiatives, institutional capacity building programs and reform policies, and has worked in the public, private and civic sectors, with local and international agencies.•She was part of the Jordanian National Agenda Team of Employment, Vocational Training and Labour. •Specialized in Advanced Computer Aided Design (CAD) and virtual reality 3D productions at Virginia Polytechnic University (VT), Virginia USA, in 1995, having graduated from the University of Jordan with a B.Sc. In Mathematics and Pure Sciences.
