4. Canada is a developed country, but Argentina is a developing country. To get higher in the rankings Argentina needs to have a better economy. With a better economy there will be more jobs , which means more people could pay for a computer.

5. Japan really stands out to me. Japan has a lot of internet users, which means it must be a wealthy country. Japan has a big part in the consumption of computers.
