World Class Pest Management will provide pest control services for both residential and commercial clients. Our customers will be owners of townhouses and single family homes as well as Entrepreneurs and local business owners.

Our target residential customers are households with a combined yearly income of $75,000 and up.

Customers are in need of reliable, effective pest management services at an affordable price. Some of our competitors are priced too high and are not always able to provide customers with same day or emergency service.

Financial Projections

• Year 1: 820 customers = $110,000 We Believe that through our combined efforts of direct mail and selling door to door we will generate 40 new residential customers per week. We will continue this throughout the warmer months of the year. In the colder months we will focus on gaining commercial accounts.

• Year 2: 3,320 customers= $322,500We will hire sales representatives to sell door to door during the warmer months and we estimate that they will generate 60 new residential customers per week. We believe that we will gain 100 new commercial accounts during the colder months bring our year 2 total customer to 2,500 equating $212,500. When added with the previous year we get 3,320 total customers and $322,500.

• Year 3: 6,050 customers = $680,000We will hire more outside sales representatives to sell door to door during the warmer months and our estimate is that they will generate 100 new residential customers per week. During the colder months we believe we’ll get 130 commercial accounts bringing our total to 2,730 new accounts and $357,500. When added with the customer totals from the previous years we get 6,050 accounts equating to $680,000.
