Dear Parents, family, and friends We are excited to have you join us this Saturday, Feb. 2nd! This event is going to be an excited memorable experience for all! Below, you will find all the information you need for Saturday. Listed below is:

Location of event: Los Angeles Convention Center – 1201 S. Figueroa St. Los Angeles, CA. 90015 – Hall G is where the competition will be taking place. More specific information on venue and parking

will be coming early January.

Times of Sessions:

Doors Open @ 8:00AM / Competition Begins @ 9:00AM

We will be having 3 sessions and 3 award ceremonies throughout the day

Awards are scheduled to take place at the end of each session

Session 1 - All Stars – Session is from 9AM - 11AM / Awards will be at 11:15AM

Session 2 - NA and Rec – Session is from 11:45AM - 2:55PM / Awards will be at 3:10PM

Session 3 – Schools and Dance – Session is from 3:40PM - 7:38PM / Awards will be at 7:55PM

Spectator and Vehicle Pricing:

The spectator Fee is $25.00. Children (6-10) and Seniors (65+) are $12.00, and children 5 and under are FREE.

Cash is preferred, as credit cards will have an additional $2.00 charge. Tickets will NOT be available in advance.

PARKING PRICING: (Directions to South Garage & Venice Garage maps below): South Garage $25 and Venice Garage $15 - Maps is below on page 3 & 4

Doors open at 8:00 AM and no spectators will be allowed to enter before this time. All seats are on a first

come, first serve basis. Additionally, please let friends and families know to be considerate when saving seats.

When your team is done performing, please allow the next group of spectators to support their teams as well.

**World Class Cheerleading and The LA Convention Center will not be responsible for any items lost/stolen at competition. Please encourage all athletes to leave valuables at home. **

World Class Clothes & Bows:

Clothes, bows, bags, etc. will all be sold at our store. Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted, however,

there will be an additional $2.00 charge. Be sure to check out our store!

Snack Stand:

Outside food, coolers, and drinks are not permitted inside the Hall. There will be a snack stand available for all

those who enter the competition.

Massage Therapist:

We will be having a massage therapist booth for you in the venue! As soon as you arrive, make sure to sign up

for a time slot. $15 for 15 minutes per massage.

Photo Booth:

“This year WCC will offer action photography and professional videography at our February 2nd National Challenge! Order your action shots onsite right after you compete! Put down your phones and cheer for your team! Let WCC capture the moment while you experience the live action!”
