You must receive a payment request to guarantee your order. If you do not receive your written request for payment via email within 3 business days please call immediately and ask for the World Ag Team at 1-801-869-3355.
Rental rates will vary depending upon the date submitted and payment within 24 hours of notice. Early Bird Rates: July 1st - December 15th Standard Rates: December 16th - January 15th Show Rates: January 16th - February 14th
Once your order has been received, you will receive an email requesting payment via a secure online payment service. Please submit your payment within 24 hours to confirm your order. Order requests cannot be confirmed until payment is submitted. Be sure to retain a copy of your order for your records. The World Ag Expo® is committed to public safety and abiding by all current regulations and requirements. Working with local authorities and abiding by state and international code requirements, all structures larger than 400 sq. ft. must include the required fire code safety equipment. Below is a list of the corresponding California certified equipment required, depending upon the various structure sizes. When selecting a tent/structure, the corresponding package will be needed to be within compliance of the recent changes.
