Students learn best by doing, and this Lean Material Management Workshop will include the actual implementaon of all of the Kanban tools in a simulaon environment. Parcipants will design a material delivery system, including Kanban supermarkets and workstaon design, and then bring the material delivery system live. Toyota Plant Tours (2). This program includes two tours of the Toyota Material Handling plant, with a special focus on the material management system in place at this leading factory. The topics for each day will be confirmed by a visit to the shop floor, to see these tools in acon.
