Companies are now trying to figure out the right solution to

combat rising workplace wellness

issues and wellness ingredients….

We are talking about an online message board/an internet forum, where people can

converse/communicate and get information about “Workplace Wellness”

Talking specially about “WPW” in a tree-like structure.

What can motivate the TG ?Empowers the user to express them.

For the Compen & Benefits HR professionals it will also be a different learning style, as when they start talking about the categories the real situation comes out and the possibility of people posting on the forum increases, which can be expected in the increase of our data kitty.

The online discussion board can be a venue where they feel more comfortable contributing to group discussions.

With positive reinforcement from interactions on the discussion board, increase in-class participation may also occur, increasing the popularity and data collection, with different level of communication.

This forum is an imperative step in terms of developing a data base for Chihealth services, while delivering :-

The members of this forum will note that there will be a range of outcomes (from the kind of content they surf and the level of discussion between the individuals) that will be considered most meaningful will vary according to one’s perspective. For eg. What is the impact of health on work productivity or how can health related productivity losses be measured ?

Or How do the impacts vary by the type of wellness program.
